The lasagna was very high quality for the price. Very good and we have also met owner's mother. It seems some recipes come from her ;-) directement des alpes françaises.

We grabbed our bagels to go. We topped them off with smoked salmon we picked up at City Market. If you've ever attempted making bagels-you know how hard it is to get a crumb like that. Toast them and they are chewy heaven!!
Our shuttle driver recommended this local hangout so we tried it for lunch. Place is no frills but don't let that deceive you. The Chili and sandwich we had was absolutely delicious. Prices was so reasonable, anywhere, not just Aspen. Would definitely return.
Had breakfast at Jour de Fete this morning. A great cup of coffee with veggie scrambled eggs. Nice service and a spot that is visited by the locals - that says it all. Olivier, the owner is friendly and always helpful.
A locals staple. Quick breakfast or lunch. Close to the slopes or shopping. Good coffee and baked goods and always a breakfast burrito!
The breakfast croissant sandwiches were amazing! The croissants were fresh out of the oven and the eggs/bacon/sausage were fresh as well...very yummy!
This place was just across for our hotel, so we ended up hopping over for breakfast and lunch during our stay. Everything was tasty and freshly prepared - also pretty quick! Sandwiches were much better than the deli next door, especially when on french baguette....More
