Food, service, owner ALL EXCELLENT. Dinner was as good as we had in Prague and possibly even better. Great Palinka available, great beer, good wine, and a great relaxed atmosphere to make it all a joy. Now another go to spot that joins one other spot as top of the list to enjoy excellent foods.

First, I admit I'm biased. I've had great German food in Germany, and have had some superb meals cooked by Europeans. Golden Europe is pretty good for a restaurant. But doesn't compare to authentic schnitzel.

We had such a great time! I can't believe how delicious the food was - including the desserts. They had a choice of potato or bread dumplings. Also there was a good selection of beer. The portions were so large that we took enough home for another meal. The waiter was attentive. The cook said she would have kolache for... More

My schnitzel was so thin that I could have read a book through it. Most of the meal was a bit tasteless. I am a very big fan of German food, and this did not quite make the grade. I may try the food again in the future.

The food is fabulous! Very generous portions. Delicious desserts. The bread dumplings melt in your mouth. Great service!

The first time we visited Golden Europe my husband thought his Czech grandmother must be in the kitchen cooking. We have been dining there for years now - on special couples nights, with friends and family, and with clients. It's hard to pick out a favorite dish since they are all so tasty, but I think the roast duck is... More

I love the combination dinners which allow me to order my favorites witnout having to choose only one entree! The combination I selected included a veal bratwurst, pork schnitzel and a 1/4 roast duck. My dinner partner ordered a pork schnitzel with mushroom gravy. My dinner included delicious brown gravy and they will refill the gravy boat. Dinners include a... More

I've been coming to Golden Europe for at least 15 years - it was my mom's favorite restaurant. I always get Svickova, with extra gravy. I can't comment on anything else because I haven't tried the other menu items! The portion size is huge and enough for at least two more meals for me at home. Hubby didn't think he'd... More

We've been here a few times. Loved it each time. My daughter and I both ordered the meal that comes with all the German Specialty's. We both almost ate it all, which is alot of food, the duck that comes with it is just amazing! The black forest cake was also just the way it should be made it was... More
