The restaurant prides itself on its wines, which are sold at store prices. You can bring your own, with a corkage of $20 per bottle. The food was good and the Fois Gras starter was terrific. Recommended.

The food at Carpe Vino was absolutely amazing. Farm-fresh and seasonal. I found the serving sizes were perfect. This is a little gem of a restaurant, small and intimate serving a memorable meal. Make sure to make a reservation! The value is right on par with the quality and uniqueness of food.

We are an older couple and we don't eat a lot, however this restaurant serves small plates and charges big rates for what you get. When the food arrived I told the waitress we ordered the dinner and not an appetizer and she said this was the dinner with a snotty tone to her voice. We were shocked and ate... More

The food here is wonderful but on the pricey side for Auburn. Great selection of wines and very knowledgeable servers. Make reservations or plan to wait a long time as restaurant is very small.

Great atmosphere, nice selection of dining options, and an extensive wine list. Always something new and delicious on the menu. Make sure you check out the "wine cave!" We reserved the cave for a birthday gathering which was great fun.

Small restaurant, with excellent wine offering, fair pricing and okay service. Try the Bar Menu, but get there early as seating is limited and parking can be difficult to find.

This is a wine shop turned into a restaurant with recommended wine pairings. The wines are rather overpriced ranging from $30 to $225 per bottle. The $30 bottle was a substitute since they were out of many others and pretty low end. You can get the same ones for a fraction elsewhere. The food is off of a menu and... More

This restaurant is a 10. The service, food, wine, beer and atmosphere are impeccable. They keep it simple but ever changing. A real treat. And, its fun to walk around old town Auburn.
