Fonda's is a cute little cozy spot, they serve small plate size dishes. The food is amazing, the drinks are excellent. The only issue I had was if you were waiting you could not order anything from the bar. They said is was not a standing bar where you can order a drink until your table is available. Other than... My wife and I had heard about Fonda from a Japanese friend who enjoyed the restaurant a great deal. We have a several page long list of restaurants that we want to try, and although we dine out at least once a week, it took several years for us to get there. We reserved a table, arrived, and were promptly... More

This restaurant is just at the end of our block, the margaritas are great, the lamb chops are always excellent. The salads, tapas, etc, are all good

Got reservation for six, and sat upstairs (slightly less noisy). Quick attention from wait staff, interesting drinks and starters. Good variety of "Latin" dishes, many of them tapas style, good sea foods, ceviche, tuna, some spicy, many novel.

A fantastic casual but chic place for her friendly outings, and couples too. Delicious guacamole and chips, margaritas, and wonderful warm chocolate cake for dessert. Outdoor seating with heaters available, plus a snug loft upstairs takes care of overflow.

Most of their cocktails are delicious and their tapa style dishes are great. While we like to try different dishes, we always order skirt steak with fried onions. I like their salads, quinoa dish, and practically everything else. It is always fun to go there. There are always enough people there to make it lively while we have never had... More

One of the best (tapas) dinners I have had in a while!! Monday Night margaritas followed by local IPAs... 3 of us shared a Tamal (singular vegetarian corn meal bake), Ceviches, Quinoa and spinach salad, Calamari plus chips and salsa.... Wow, what a treat.

The quality of ingredients and the care in preparation shine through in all of their dishes. Excellent individually matched hot salsas accompany each dish. Duck tacos are heavenly; don't forget to order a side of black beans. Very relaxed staff and atmosphere.
