We love Marti's! Entries are tasty and varied. You can always find Swedish pancakes with lingonberries on the menu (approved by my Swedish mother-in-law) as well as a great variety of specials like salmon omelets, spinach omelets and pancakes with fruit toppings. Superior service. Outstanding pies.

Fair sized portions at a fair price. Great crepes on the breakfast menu. Always cheery staff and a never empty coffee cup.

Had a good omelet here. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Very nice people run the place, very friendly. Love the atmosphere. Not hipster at all, a genuine restaurant, very welcoming. Will return next time in town.

I love Marti's brunches! The Swedish pancakes and lingonberry spread is a hit with my Scandinavian relatives. We bring friends with children here and we always receive wonderful service. While the wait can be long on Sundays during prime brunch time, we think it is worth it. Marti, the owner, is such a sweetheart without being too gushy. Perfect.

This was my favorite breakfast place growing up. After 13 years away, it's exactly the same. The Swed Pancakes were everything I remembered and my husband loved them too. Marti is still there and the sweetest lady ever. A must do for anyone in East Bay.

If you're into greasy spoon breakfast places - this is for you. They are pretty kid-friendly as well.

This is why i like Alameda. This is a neighborhood restaurant that serves a really great breakfast. Ma and Pa owned. Not fancy but clean and cute.

I will never go again based upon the way I was treated in front of my family. Food was OK but overpriced.
