We had supper with our friends in February. The restaurant is very clean and comfortable. Our waiter was cordial and helpful in selecting our food. The food was excellent and cooked to perfection. Will certainly return here with friends.

We stopped by for lunch after visiting the Superstition Mountain Museum. My husband had a burger with green chilies, onion tanglers, chipotle sauce and pepper jack cheese. He loved it. I had a grilled Chicken sandwich with bacon, avocado and chipotle sauce. It was delicious as well. Great service as well!

Three of us had dinner today in the Mining Camp Restaurant where dinner is served family style. Our meal started with baked beans and cole slaw, both of which were very good. They were accompanied by a basket of bread - sourdough rolls and cinnamon-dusted raisin bread. Sadly the bread was room temp - not warm - and soft to... More

We had steaks with the mashed potatoes, and I loved the mesquite-grilled corn on the cob. Wait staff was very good, and willing to substitute for other vegies as a friend requested. Other friends had the ribs, which were pretty dry. The place was very busy, so we were glad we had reservations, even on a Monday night. My only... More

We went to the Mining Camp side of the place for family style, all you can eat beef ribs, chicken, and more. Everything was great, even the prickly pear ice tea.

Once again my hiking buddies stopped for lunch after a hike in the Superstition Mountains. We ordered individually. I had the bacon burger. Very tasty. So large that I took half of it home for the next day. Everyone else "cleaned their plates," so maybe it was just me. A bit more pricey than most places, but the location right... More

We had dinner with family, including a 7 and 10 year old. We chose the "miners camp dining hall" which serves family style (a separate area is also available for "order off the menu"). Overall, dinner was very good. The ribs were quite good. The ham and chicken was average. The balance of dinner was very good. The wait staff... More

Seating is assigned, and we were shown to our table for our 6:30 show. At 6:45, every other table in the restaurant had drinks and were getting food. We hadn't seen a server. When I inquired with the gift shop staff, we were served drinks by a server who said she was "Swamped", although we never saw her waiting on... More

This was a first visit recommended by family. Reservations recommended, friendly rustic atmosphere and healthy portions. My husband had the 8 oz flat iron steak and he loved it! I had the half rack of ribs. While seasoned savory, they were on the dry side same with the corn on the cob. Overall, we had a good experience. Maybe we'll... More
