My girls and I were planning a dinner date and we narrowed it down to 4 restaurants. I'm so glad it was this. The service was awesome and the food was delicious. We had reservations and we seated immediately. Not bad for a Friday night....More

This place had all the makings of a nice dinner after a conference, but instead disappointed. My steak was over-cooked, and we didn't have a chance to complain because the patio service was dismal. The beignets were very heavy, so much so that we left...More
I recently had dinner at Acadiana while visiting DC. The were not busy on a Tuesday night. The menu is primarily Cajun/Creole with an emphasis on seafood. I had fried green tomatoes and soft shell crabs. Both were fresh and well prepared. The white chocolate...More
Nice venue that I worry is living off of the hotels and convention centers nearby because it was mostly empty on a Sunday evening when they had live entertainment (which was an amazing jazz singer). Bar experience before dinner was fine. Good service, nice selections...More

Wife and I stopped for Dinner on July 27th. BLT salad and Heirloom salads were ample and tasty. The Shrimp and Grits were unique and delicious as was the Seafood Gumbo which I would definitely recommend. Service was exceptional and friendly. Food came quickly and...More
Best deal in town, Prix Fixe menu with $5 drinks inclued Mules, bourdon lemonades, the best seasoned and tasty crawfish etouffee outside of New Orleans. Also, the hit at the table was the charbroiled oysters.
As a one-time temporary Louisianan, I loved the cuisine and ate at some yummy fancy places in New Orleans, but I liked my Cajun locations to be pretty non-fancy. Acadiana describes itself accurately as a "contemporary interpretation of an old-time Louisiana eatery" that I'd have...More
