Full Kee Restaurant is very dependable for nice authentic Chinese food- you can take out or eat in the 2 room restaurant located right in the heart of Chinatown on 6th & H Sts.-- only a block walk from the Gallery Place Metro stop. There is plenty of choices on the extensive menu and their prices are very reasonable. If... More

We were there just for roast duck dinner with wonton soup. It was alright and decent. Overall, the flavor of the food is kind of plain - need to add more salt.

I often say that the unassuming Chinese eateries are the best and Full Kee is no exception. It doesn't look much from the exterior nor from the decor but it is very reasonably priced, service friendly and efficient, and the food is very good - oh, and is served in decent potions too.

This is a basic authentic Chinese restaurant in Chinatown (DC). I have eaten here a number of times. I have never been let down. There is always a steady stream of locals. Ambience is early 60s. Try seafood stew and get chilled jellyfish to share. This is the kind of place where you owe it to yourself to get adventurous... More

We were suppose to eat at Union Station food shops which is closer but decided to check out Chinatown, D.C. Our friend is very familiar with this restaurant and we were not disappointed with the quality of food and affordable prices, It was a very typical chinese restaurant with great food. Highly recommend and will come back again.

Some dishes here are excellent; a few are more average. Try the HK style noodle or dumpling soup. Vegetable dishes are typically well executed as are the seafood and most of the specials. This is not a fine dining establishment; not pretty or elegant. But the food far outshines the setting. If you need a variation on normal preparation--no salt... More

Ok so this was my first time visiting "China Town" in DC. I was looking for a real Chinese restaurant without chicken wings if you know what I mean. This place is it. I had the Sweet N sour Pork, shrimp fried rice and shrimp rolls. The food was freshly prepared and cooked to my liking in everyway. Next time... More

Tried out a few dishes with a friend and wasn't impress with the food. Beef and union wasn't cook right to bring out the flavor, seems it was rush from the kitchen. The 2nd dish of seafood wasn't too fresh, overall the food was average. Price is a bit expensive compare to other Chinese restaurants.

Have been several times over the years and is my "go to" spot for quick lunch in Chinatown. Good, quick service, waitress answered all questions about dishes and substitued rice noodles for gluten free friend... Delicious soups, esp Hong Kong shrimp and pork dumpling soup. Generous portions.

Current rating feel fair since some changes have taken since last. The wonton noodle seems to have gotten less than basic so upgrade for garnishments. Fortunately, 2nd entree veggie packed. There's more diversity in the staff and now accept plastic. Service mostly a hit with 1 miss. Ordered a beer but didn't get it until requesting it again after soup... More
