Food is always good but no menus available ans few diversity of bread, sweets and food comparing to Sawgrass, Fl, where I live. The space is small and my family of 4 and my parents-in-law couldn't sit in one table. No services to clean the table. People was nice.

We met at Paul in the late afternoon. Too late for coffee for us, so we ordered tea. They had a few varieties but only camomile and peppermint in decaf. They gave us each a large tea pot and cup, so we got 2-3 large cups out of each pot. Their sandwiches and pastries looked wonderful. We bought some chocolate... More

We ate in. You can pick and go as well. The in house bakery is awesome and you can watch as they make all sort of fresh pastry. Don't come if counting calories.

This is a fantastic spot for a quick but fresh meal when touring in downtown DC. We had sandwiches on delicious ciabatta bread. There is not a lot of seating indoors, but there are places to sit nearby on benches. Pick up a few macarons in your way out to keep you going while sightseeing. They were outstanding!

I went her with my sisters at 460 Bethesda Ave in Bethesda and we were not disappointed. There were many parties, crepes, quiches, sandwiches to choose from, as well as many coffee and tea drinks options. There are not many seats, so you may have to take out or wait to be seated if busy. One of us had Cafe... More

Went there with family. We had apricot pie and other items for breakfast. Really enjoyed it. They also have a kitchen and can make you egg and croissant dishes. This location is directly across archives.

Yum: went once for breakfast on a Friday during Spring Break Rush. They make their own pastries, which you can see them doing through a window while you wait in line. They have both full sized and mini croissants, etc. They make delicious omelettes to order served with baguette slice and side salad, decent coffee not-too-weak. It's a popular spot... More

I had heard raving things but my salad was below average (poor quality chicken, some wilted greens, and a too-tiny dressing), and the sandwiches all looked not-quite-good-enough to order. It was far too crowded, with many of us standing and eating. I must say our cookie was delicious, the young man who checked us out had awesome, upbeat energy and... More

Getting past the ever-changing and often poor counter staff is key. Lunch options are fresh and delicious. Pastries and coffee are great. Nothing is cheap.

The food is overpriced and not that differentiated from the masses. Paul bills itself as a French bakery with upscale selections, but the only thing I found upscale was the bill. The bread was nothing special and the sandwiches we had were fine, but not worth $13 each.
