I have eaten here 5-6 times. Great atmosphere with a small plates approach. Food is good, but there are lots of good spots to eat in DC. I like Lincoln for the atmosphere - if you go check out the pennies on floor.

I was not too hungry but was led to believe servings were not large and I ended up ordered a little too much. I ate outside and the ambience was fun. Servings were not huge (I ordered specials rolls, a salad and another dish) but were large enough that two different things would have been more than enough. Wine was... More

The atmosphere here was really nice! And the floor is made of pennies! So cool! Not sure if it was an off night, but service could have been better. It took more than 20 minutes to get our drinks and our waiter didn't seem too attentive after our food arrived. The food, however, was delicious. And although there's no kids... More

I enjoyed everything I put in my mouth at this place. It was super easy to find and get a table on a Wednesday night. Our waitress was great and the food was so good. I took a tip from another review and got the deviled eggs. They were so good. I highly recommend the shrimp and grits and the... More

My husband and I stopped into Lincoln for lunch on a Friday, and we were blown away. We made reservations and were seated right away. There are lots of tables in the restaurant, but they definitely fill up fast. The menu looked great. We decided to order off the restaurant week menu since most of the items were on the... More

This eclectic restaurant offers a tasters menu and interesting, Lincoln-themed environment. The service was great with the server and chef willing to navigate us around dietary limitations. An overall good experience with particular kudos for the staff!

This is a great place to eat in the downtown core. Floors and some walls are glued Lincoln pennies, a real sight. Back room is a little more quiet and private. Great staff, burgers were excellent. Fries not so much. Would definitely go back.

I recently visited Lincoln while in town for business. The location is great and they offer great outdoor seating, and a great atmosphere inside. While there I opted to do their restaurant week menu. I ordered a watermelon gazpacho that tasted nothing like watermelon, the steak was good but the peach cobbler is served cold with ice cream. Being from... More

We were here for a wedding rehearsal dinner. Not one good dish! The "cucumber Caesar salad" was an odd and awful tasting combo. I had the Cape May scallop dish -- all I could find were two bay scallops drowned in a rice dish (not heated through) and the chocolate dish was too dense to enjoy. My friends had other... More

From the spirit of freedom in artistic creation, liberation from culinary mediocrity, and emancipation from the ordinary, LINCOLN is an expression of artistic collaborations in gastronomy, mixology and design. Savor our seasonal American small plate menu crafted from fresh ingredients supplied by local & regional farms. LINCOLN pays tribute to one of our greatest US Presidents, with nods to many of his favorite foods including oysters, gingerbread and chicken pot pie. If you’re thirsty for cocktails that are truly one-of-a-kind, our barkeeps, have created one of the city’s freshest bar programs highlighted by mason jars featuring infused bourbons and DC's first moonshine-list served in antique-style copper cups. In warm weather months enjoy our patio offering panoramic views of DC’s urban landscape. Original paintings and a distinctive interior design by homegrown pop artist, Maggie O’Neill make LINCOLN a feast for the senses at Lunch, happy hour, dinner or after dark.
