We had a group dinner there because we have a meeting in the same building. I ordered a romaine lettuce salad which is a little bit dissapointed. The main dish is fish. But it is over cooked and surface is hard. On the other hand, the wine is very good and staff are very friendly

The steak is unbelievable- if only uk steak came in these portions! It must have been about 20 oz of perfect medium cooked rib eye. Don't order starters as you'll never eat the main! Service was very New York. My wife had the pasta which was also amazing. We feel the bobby vans on 54th is the best one.

Completely underwhelmed - avoid at all costs. I ordered rib eye that was less tender than shoe leather, wife ordered Filet for medium - received as less than rare. When asked if it could be cooked more, was asked if she wanted it well done - my steak was a medium to well done (when ordered as medium rare) and... More

So, the steak is cooked correctly, and the ambiance is that of an old school steakhouse but nothing really wowed me.

Reasonably priced with amazing service with even better food. Very clean and accommodating for our four year old. Will be back often.

Typical atmosphere, great service, good food and nice wine list. Certainly a place to visit when you 're in DC and looking for a good steakhouse.

A nice place in downtown for dinner. The steaks we ordered were more cooked than should be - the medium was well done. The crab cocktail is recommended. Nice wine list..

Fortunately the food we received was good, if not necessarily what we ordered. The choice of side dishes seemed to have been done by the kitchen, it did not match our choices at all. Drinks service was very slow and the waiter seemed to put us into the category 'out-of-towners', so no effort was made at all. In the end... More

The food is good but the service not at the top. Mistake in delivering the food. Delays and lacks. No more than 3 over 5

Excellent across the board, exceptional fare, experienced service, fine ambiance. Desserts were spectacular! Lived up to the reputation.
