Is in the heart of Chinatown, outside is a little bit crowded. Their famous chicken, marinated for 24 hours is best eaten with your fingers. One of my many favorites is the Chicken Livers, rich and tasty in flavor and is great with Portuguese Rice on the side. Spicy chicken with your choice of sauce should not be missed. Quick... More

Nice little place with good food. Spices were good, food came out quick. I wasn't a fan of some of the sauces that were available, but that's to be expected at different places. Would definitely go back.

My wife and I were looking for something different to eat yet I wanted chicken so this seemed to be a happy medium and it was a place we had never tried before. I ordered 12 mango lime wings and was only disappointed that I didn't order 24!! My wife ordered a wrap which wasn't bad at all - she... More

We read the reviews about Nando's, and decided that we had to find one. We found ours in Chinatown, and went with the suggestion to order the 1/2 chicken and chips tha they recommend for first timers, as well as a combo plate with thighs. I ordered them medium heat, and then we added some of the garlic and herb... More

Having worked for the family that started Nando's I was thrilled to find one just around the corner from my hotel. The staff was friendly, we were seated immediately, offered a free appetizer as first time guests and the entire experience was wonderful. The food was simple and delicious and I felt a sense of ease and comfort there. What... More

After several business trips to London, Nando's became my obsession. I haven't been able to find anything remotely comparable in Southern CA, so you can imagine how happy I was to see this during my last business trip in Washington, DC. From the decor to the food, this US Nando's location is just as good as what I experienced in... More

Had the classic medium spicy half chicken and chicken liver. Enjoy it. However, the fries was soft and not crispy. It is a chain restaurant so you know what you are getting.

First had this wonderful spicy chicken in southern Africa, and have yearned for it since. When I was in town for a conference, and saw there was Nando's, I knew I HAD to get some. And I was not disappointed at all. It's just as good as I remember. It was relatively reasonably priced for a DC lunch, but for... More

I may be biased as this is my favorite restaurant. The place is not so crowded though service is a bit slow despite several staff on duty. Nonetheless, the serving was tasty as always. Highly recommended.

Yummy 1/2 chicken with choice of spice. Delish. Chicken was succulent. Grilled corn on the cob, fresh and lite. I couldn't finish all the chicken, it was very filling.
