The perfect place for tea/coffee and some homemade cakes. Easy spot to find, in the park close to old town and Stockmann. Second floor, with pillows and carpets to sit on, relax and enjoy the view. I will certanly go back next time I visit Riga :)

Location is great - the big glass windows overlooking the park are a plus. Large selection of teas, coffee was ok. Cheesecake was lovely, salad average.

Great little coffee shop looking over the river. Go upstairs, take off your shoes and relax, absolutely perfect place to warm up after exploring the city.

Cosy small tea house, in a tree house style looking on to a small river stream. Wide selection of teas for everyone to choose from along with cakes and biscuits. We were there for only 3 days and ended up going there everyday after a long days sightseeing. Lots of couples getting 'cosy'.

We stumbled upon this little treasure on our way to the old town. It was mid December 2012 and there was a lot of snow on the ground, so we needed somewhere to warm up. We ordered hot chocolate and cake and proceeded upstairs to enjoy the view across the park. The food and drink were lovely, and it was... More

The Tea House offers a wide range of tea and the most delicious cakes. It is a great spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful view. The employees were extremely friendly and recommended some teas!

Need to clean or change pillows outside. Very good service and helpful. Would rate higher if it was cleaner, but because of that we will not come back at the moment. But we will walk past, and if we see new or clean outdoor seating area m, we would love to try again.

It was impossible not to chill in the sun with a nice pot of white tea and looking at the water running by. What a great idea.

Most relaxing place in Riga, wonderful spot to while away the hours on a rainy day. A plethora of tea to choose from, but also other beverages if tea isn't your thing. Lots of lovely homemade cakes, biscuits etc. Comfy cushioned seating.
