Tastes were so good! Ten points for pork filled. Mitmelihapada (meat stew) needed just a little bit salt. For children they do have 2 meals (minute steak 5,50€). Chocolate tart +++. You can have service also! Pls make a table reservation! Location about 5 min from square, but You have to know this place! This is a good tip just... More

This restaurant offers french cuisine from 17-th century. Rooms and waiters look authentic, e.g menu is made of leather. Portions are big enough and wery nicely presented, prices are quite reasonable.

Had a quick but very nice lunch here. It seemed to be the dish of the day because the only menu I was given was in Estonian which I couldn't read. I'd wandered around the city after leaving the group and ended up alone in the side street where this restaurant is. Being a nice day I sat outside. The... More

We visited as part of a tour. We ate with the group in the cellar. Despite our guide's assertion that bread is only served with cheese, there was a basket of lovely bread on the table. The salad served was a wonderful variety of vegetables and herbs. The main course was served family style - an amazing roast pork with... More

After a long walk we stopped for a drink at Le Chateau for a cold drink. The wait staff were exceptionally friendly & helpful and the beer & cider were tasty & cold. May have to return for lunch or dinner.

Ordered only onion soup. It was in big bowl and waitress poured it in our plates. And it was great. Really recommend.

Everything was very tasty, and the service was real nice. Most impressive thing was the soup! They brought it in a real soup bowl that with a soup ladle that you can then use to put the soup into your plate. Was more than enough to share!

Do you know authentic odour of Versailles? Exactly that smell hit my nose as soon I stepped into the French restaurant La Chateau. With anger I smashed the closet door and thought to myself: what now, return to that freezing -20 outside? Usually in such occasions I slowly breathe out: whatever happens, happens for the best. Let’s give a restaurant... More

I visited The Musketeers Restaurant Le Château with my classmates in 22.01.2016 as part of a school trip. The restaurant is uniquely decorated and there's an amazing atmosphere. The service was excellent as well. Main course and dessert were amazing but I wasn't impressed with the starter (onion soup).

This restaurant was close to our hotel and the reviews looked good. Also with such a big party traveling and working we were looking for something less expensive. We were all raving and so happy. This is like an expensive restaurant with a smart menu and great wine list but adorable. In our group we had rabbit, goat cheese and... More

Restaurant Le Château, situated in the basement of the City Theatre in Tallinn Old Town, takes you straight to the 17th Century, serving food inspired by the French cuisine of the era of Louis XIV in an attractive musketeer-style atmosphere. The Sun King's luxurious feasts in Versailles established haute cuisine, which laid the ground for the modern art of cooking. Similarly to the court of Louis XIV, our chefs are the best in the country, and in addition to classical dishes they create new ones in the same spirit. Le Château is decorated in a diversified manner - with the Hunting Room, the Tavern, the Noble Dining Room and the King's Room - and our majordomo will help you to choose the right mood.
