We visited on good friday so there were not many people. Perfect place to get refreshed after a city walk. Desserts are great! Coffee is alright. Location is perfect.

Great tasty selection of cakes and savouries. We both had egg mayo open sandwiches tea and I had a marzipan flavoured scone and my wife a iced custard bun both with Teas. My only negative comment would be we were presented with cups of hot water and tea bags on the side, not pouring the boiling water over the tea... More

Been one of my favorite cafes in Tallinn over 20 years, never fails you down. Cakes are delicious, service friendly and location right next to Rekoja Plats. Sometimes full of tourists because of the location and reputation, but if you ca squeeze in you should pop in. Actually was there yesterday, seems I always find time to visit Saiakangi kohvik.

Great place to warm yourself up in chilly winter in downtown. Pleasantly crowded and cozy with always busy but friendly stuff. Thank you!

I came across this by accident although it is just off the main square. Inside is very cosy and warm which was a relief after being outside for a few hours. There is a cushion filled bench running the length of the shop for you to sink into along with standard tables and chairs. I have no idea what I... More

Little cafe offers very tasteful home made cakes and pastries, all kinds of coffee one can think of and wide range of alcoholic drinks. Soups, sandwiches and salads are also available (and they are home made, too). Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Reasonable prices. My personal #1 cafe in Tallinn. Highly recommended!

Stopped by for lunch. I had a bowl of Cream of Peas soup & it was very good. My husband had the Warm chicken & ham sandwich which came out as an open-faced sandwich & he enjoyed it, too. This cafe us just around the corner from the square & the prices are much better than those restaurants & cafes... More

Description
Coffee and a cake - these are the essential elements that we believe to associate strongest with running a cafè. We keep those components continuously in honor - our baristas make coffees while our guests can see the process and as a part of true minority we still bake our own cakes.
