We were shouted dinner here by a friend and the meal was fantastic, great service and beautiful decor. What i can remember is that is was expensive, although very reasonable, for the amount of food we ate.

I live nearby and I come here at least once a week to read and study with tea and shisha. It's a relaxed environment and the staff are really friendly. They have good prices and you can get any tea that you can think of. The decor is very eclectic with a mix of Moroccan, Arabic, Chinese and Turkish styles.... More

The food was unfortunately not warm. We had humus with chicken on it, and the chicken was not warm. The falafel we got was unfortunately also not warm, the only thing that was warm was the bread and we enjoyed it. But we loved to smoke the water pipe and drinking the traditional tea. We loved the atmosphere and the... More

Just across the street from our hotel, Danubius Astoria City center. I have never been to a tea house like this. Eclectic decor Turkish music good to good service a wonderful time away from the tourist mentality.....me, my book, hot tea with hot milk. The tea menu was a little overwhelming....I chose what looked like a spiced "chai styled" blend.... More

It was a nice discovery. Really cool and relaxing place where you can find nice magazines. There are many young people. We ate great Carrot broth that you must try. The only thing I didn't like was espresso. It was too sour.

I was introduced to this place by an Arab tourist whom I had a blind date with. After the first shisha I was hooked! This is the perfect place to chill, with the nice variety of teas, cakes, and smokes. Delicious Middle Eastern food as well. It's also tucked in a quiet but very accessible corner. My only minor quibble... More

Traditional Arabic place, food made as it must be (tried hummus and mutabal), they have also lots of teas, coffees, mezzehs and sweets. Sisha is well made too, recommended!!! Service is kind and helpful. If you want an Arabic place this is the best in Budapest. Very classy interior (2 storey), during summer they also have a terrace.

A bit hard to find, unless you're probably a local since it's on a side street off the main road. Once you get to it, you're greeted by outside coffee and tea imbued people, sitting on the patio. A few people were inside due to the cool Budapest nights at this time of year. We wanted to use sheesha so... More
