We walked into this restaurant because it was full when the other one right next door was empty.. we thought the food would be good. Well, the waiters were actually quite nice. On the other hand the food was a disaster. Pizza was awful, and the lasagna was even worse. Two simple plates, and two trainwrecks! Would not recommend!

It was right next to our hotel, The Promenade, so we did not go there until the last night, wish we had gone earlier. The staff were friendly, the food was good, and reasonable and we had a nice bottle of wine.

After a lot of sightseeing, in the late afternoon we were ready for nice launch and a small break. We came across this place and saw the menu which had few vegetarian choices( since we are vegetarian) and it was crowded. So we thought it has be good place since it is crowded with so many local people. We had... More

The restaurant was very busy but we were soon shown to a table in the window. Service was good with friendly staff. We chose the salami, ham and olives starter followed by lasagne and a mixed salad. The food was lovely and portions generous. I would recommend this restaurant for Italian food.

We went here for dinner on recommendation. The place was crowded with people waiting to get in. We were lucky to find a table for two. The pizza we ordered was amazing but the pasta was basic nothing great. Good quick service.

Wandered in while shopping and very pleased we did. From moment we stepped inside all the staff were very pleasant. We were not very hungry but ended up having a pizza each and a glass of their house dry red from Eger region of Hungary. Could not fault the food or service.

We ate here twice and had great meals both times. We had pizzas and a fish dish. A great wine selection. Menu is varied with many pizza and pasta selections.

District V / Inner City
Discover the Inner City along the banks of the Danube, with its fashionable shops and iconic buildings. The Inner-City Parish Church and St. Stephen’s Basilica stand out as two of the finest examples of architecture in the area. If you are still hunting for more historical treats, then the ruins of the medieval city walls on Kecskeméti Utca are a must-visit while the Soviet War Memorial is also worthy of attention and relevant to Hungary’s more recent history. If shopping is on your itinerary, then be prepared: the market squares in this area are an absolute delight, particularly during the Christmas period, but even throughout the year you’ll find the latest trends in the shops on Vaci Utca.
