We arrived hungry and thirsty, after a long day sight seeing in Budapest. The food from the street smelt very appetising, sadly this is where it ended. The waiter/owner was unable to multi task so we sat and waited, waited and waited some more, he...More

We went to this restaurant during our first visit to Budapest. We didn't know what to order and the waiter took great care of us. He suggested some dishes and essentially planned our meal. It was so good! He selected 3 items for dinner and...More

GREAT Hungarian food. Not for people who like bland food though. May be a bit salty to some. Violinists playing for you in the restaurant too. Very reasonably priced too. Excellent goulash.

Had three hours to kill before train trip. Meals were well presented and really tastey. I have fillet with goose pate and mushroom sauce and my wife very tasty Paprika Pork cutlets. Very quaint and warm place.

This is really wasting time and money. One of the worst restaurants ever. Hungarian pasta was spoilt - not fresh You could feel it is already sour. Other Food tasteless and overdone. Service slow although the waiter was nice. Awful.

Beautiful small restaurant, close to train station, live music with a wonderful violin, goulash was great, we had a whole trout, peppered steak, side of boiled potatoes, glass of merlot, a couple of Soproni beers. Good time, good music.

I believe they do accept euros, but the exchange rate is not as good. Better to get some forint from an ATM and pay with the local currency.
