We were hungry, decided to opt for Mcdonalds and boy oh boy, very expensive. We were able to compare the price and portion with a Pizza take-away and it's a no brainer-no more mcdonalds whenever i am in Budapest

Visited 2 shops in Budapest, very beautiful, food was as expected, very clean, but very annoying that there was no english menu, and on one occasion the waiter did not even speak english and was rather rude.

McDonalds has a best American stile coffee. This is the first McDonalds in Budapest and specially "east-block" since 1985. Historic place.

Nothing special here. Service is probably the slowest i have experienced in the world. Also tge workers were not wearing caps and had long hair flowing which i found strange.

This is a basic McDonald's with half of the restaurant taken by a McCafe The service is extremely slow even though they have many staff but are just very disorganised like no other McDonald's I have been too so it is very frustrating when you are in a hurry - no locals seem fazed by this so this is probably... It was nice to see an old familiar sight - McDonald's fast food and takeaway - My friend and I went in = it was clean, tidy and nicely laid out. All we had was ice cream but that was enough to sample their delights in Budapest

It is really no different here than in any other McDonalds anywhere else in the world. It was clean and service was fairly quick. Handy if you have kids that want a burger quickly.

We visited 3 different Mc Donald's in Hungary and they are all very good. The prices are cheaper than in Malta. Good service and very clean.

Neighbourhood Profile
District V / Inner City
Discover the Inner City along the banks of the Danube, with its fashionable shops and iconic buildings. The Inner-City Parish Church and St. Stephen’s Basilica stand out as two of the finest examples of architecture in the area. If you are still hunting for more historical treats, then the ruins of the medieval city walls on Kecskeméti Utca are a must-visit while the Soviet War Memorial is also worthy of attention and relevant to Hungary’s more recent history. If shopping is on your itinerary, then be prepared: the market squares in this area are an absolute delight, particularly during the Christmas period, but even throughout the year you’ll find the latest trends in the shops on Vaci Utca.
