Reviewed yesterday NEW

It is located on the beach in Piran and was close to our hotel (Hotel Piran) Good Italian food, and friendly service. As it was cold we ate inside, but there is a nice view from the terrace.

Very good location, but not enough staff. We have waited over 20 minutes at the table that first waiter came, prepared table and asked us for drink. Guest at neighboured table did not wait that long and left very unhappy. Food was good and price reassonable.

We visited for the first time about 2 weeks ago with friends and were really impressed by the food. This time we brought the parents along and the food was even better. We had the scampi risotto and the mussels busara style (think white wine sauce with a healthy amount of garlic). I'd say the best value on the menu... More

We are here and loved the food. Seafood is the speciality and they do it really, really well. The service, however, is a little on the sharp side. We had corked wine, which can happen anywhere, but when we protested we were told to just drink it. The lady who served us certainly had an air of someone who didn't... More

A good restaurant with the view of the sea. You can eat many nice things there, you can be sure of good service and the prices are (as for Slovenia) quite nice,

Came to Piran on an Oceania Cruise and took a hop on/hop off bus tour which stopped for 2 hours in Piran. We enjoyed walking all over the seaside town and then stopped in a Tri Vdove for lunch. The menu is quite extensive. Lots to choose from and most items are priced very reasonably. There is indoor and outdoor... More

Ate at Pirat last night. Rated #2. Absolutely lousy. No seasoning, poorly cooked and presented. Then we ate here for lunch and it was primo. Prix fixe: consommé, chicken schnitzel, potatoes, lovely salad, glass of white wine and 'fruit cocktail (ok, lame), for 12€? Service crisp and sweet. What's not to like?

Three of us visited this beautifully situated restaurant on a Thursday evening. Décor simple. Loved the soft beige and white table cloths with crisp white overlays. Two of us made the mistake of ordering pork. Our friend ordered calamari. He raved about it. When at the seaside, order fish!!!!!!! Lesson learnt. Would go back again.
