I visited the place twice and it was worth queueing for. Be aware that you might have to wait a while to get a table. I only waited for 15 minutes and the staff was also very nice and friendly, so this did not bothered...me.
You can choose from a variety of pancakes, both salty and sweet, but also omelets, soups or main course. I only had pancakes, sweet and salty and they really delicious. The portions are very big, they also bring sauce and the filling is exactly as it should be. The Oreo and Ferrero Roche pancakes are excellent. The prices are very good also. Definitely recommend it and for sure I will get back here when in Warsaw.More
Very Disappointed -
Had excellent reviews and the place looked nice, however ordered poached eggs that were overcooked more like boiled eggs. Crepes were ok but very greasy... left the restaurant and within 30 mins was ill and sick. Not good. Perhaps a one off...and was unlucky but won’t be back.More
I went to the restaurant around 7pm and you can clearly see how popular it is, since there was a line waiting to get in almost all the tine. But believe me, the wait is worth it. We received amazing customer service from our waitress...who spoke English very well.
The food arrived quickly even though there was six of us eating. The food was also very delicious and the portions big even though the price (for me at least) was very cheap. I will definitely go there again!More
Well worth coming here. We walked past the night before and saw people queuing but if you go at lunch it's easy to get a table. I had a savoury crepe and my husband the soup in a bread bowl and both were delicious. We...then shared a sweet crepe and the total cost was about £15 with drinks - winning.More
We walked past it on the Sunday and there was a queue of circa 50 people.
Hence we decided to try our luck on the following day and we only had to queue for 15-20 minutes. Unfortunately tried to call to book a table but...they did not pick up the phone for all day. Maybe they do not take reservations at all.
This said, the food was absolutely worth the queue.
We had the typical Polish soup, called Zurek, which is served inside a pot made of bread. Absolutely amazing.
We then had pancakes which seem to be the specialty of the house, as they serve circa 30-40 different types.
We expected to pay more considering the demand on the place, however it was much cheaper than expected.More
