Restaurant is very stylish. Service people very polite and helpful. Food delicious. I recommend cooked beef with grated horseradish and herring in cream.

After reading all the reviews, I expected something really special. The atmosphere was really good, excellent décor and live music, but the food was a little too ordinary. The service was OK, and the menu was reasonably priced for Poland, though I have had better food in Lodz for a similar price. The restaurant is located just off Piotrkowska.

Highly recommend. Staff were very accommodating. Quaint restaurant and the food was lovely. We had a great evening. There was a lady playing a violin and the owne brought us both a free shot.

Delicious food that just speaks for itself. There was a fiddler under the ceiling playing from time to time. Amazing atmosphere, the place is warm and cozy. Traditional Jewish cuisine runs deep in the history of Lodz.

I was always curious about ypical jewish quisine, so in one of our trips to lodz i booked a table in Anatewka. The interior design is very specific, but I liked it. It consists of several rooms, for me, I would suggest to make a reservation in the first room (where the bar is), as it is lighter, bigger and... More

Visited for dinner with a friend and both of us were impressed by the decor and the special atmosphere of this lovely and clean restaurant in the centre of Łódź. We were given a warm welcome by a friendly and attentive waitress. Both of us ordered duck with morello cherries - what a choice! Our faultless meals were perfectly cooked,... More

Very good place. Reservation was done and table was waiting for us. Waitress arrived immediately providing menu cards. We had as starters: herrings, stomachs in sauce or lever with raspberries. Lever was just exceptionally good!! As main course "gesie pipki". This was so, so good. Overall: Food is just great. Full of taste, nicely saved and service is just leaving... More

I've ordered the jewish style fried salmon and it was incredible but we have to wait maybe too much.

Avoid to be trapped by the amazing starters; the mini beef tartars lied on a vegetables bed are too much good...keep away from the delicious first courses and go, firmly and direct, to the queen: the duck. An unforgettable meal. If stay in Lodz, or simply whether you are crossing the town for a night, it is illegal miss a... More

We picked this restaurant because it was most recommended close to our location. It is a traditional Jewish restaurant. The food was cooked ok but not really fit to our taste. Luckily the service was excellent. The owner gave us a free shot. We felt really welcome.
