This little bar is just outside our apartment and we only discovered it on our penultimate night! Enjoyed beers, whiskey, soft drink and Aperol. Amazed it was a launderette as well. We will be back on our last night!

We were in desperate need to do laundry after traveling around Poland for a few days. This place was amazing. We dropped our clothes off (at least 2 loads worth) and went to explore krakow. Came back 6 hours later to clean and folded laundry. Nothing lost or destroyed. Also had a cup of coffee here which was pretty good.... More

1st thing after reaching krakow is to do laundry (4th week of my holiday). Came back to frania again. The lady helped me to do the laundry and pack for me. She speaks english and definitely is a great help. Ordered a drink while waiting for laundry. The cafe closes at midnight which is good. You can also go shopping... More

As other reviewers have suggested, the Frania Cafe laundry was a godsend. As a tourist who speaks no Polish it is very, very difficult to have your laundry done in Krakow, and Frania is better than nothing. But that doesn't mean that they're any good. They must have put way too much detergent in my load, because two weeks later... More

We visited this unique bar while we were heading back into the Old Town area after having been in the eclectic Kazimierz District all day. Initially we were took in by the huge illuminated Tyskie sign but on reading the board outside we noticed it was advertised as a pub and laundry combined. Our interest was piqued and we ventured... Frania Cafe was a 5 minute walk from our hotel. We went for the laundry and had a choice of doing it ourselves or having them do it for us - both options being very reasonable. Being a cold, rainy day, we decided to do it ourselves and while we waited we were able to relax with coffee and cake... More

Stopped in here around 19:30 on our way back from an early dinner. Relaxed and comfortable place to enjoy a coffee and/or drink. Quirky too with the attached laundrette!

It is a great concept, who wouldn't rather hang out in a charming cafe while doing laundry, but they have just a handful of very small machines, not all of them working, and between TA and Lonely Planet and all the other mentions, there are more English speaking travelers than there are facilities.

Great place to have a drink and do your laundry!! Reasonably priced far cheaper than my hotel to do a load. Would strongly recommend!
