Tried this restaurant because it looked a bit special but close up can do with a lick of paint. We sat outside overlooking the square and church. Lots of comfy chairs. Pianist playing in the background. The drinks G&T were served nice and cold and...More

I'll keep this short; a friend and I tried to get a coffee here, waited for 15 minutes and gave up. It's evident that the staff simply don't care. Not even a 'sorry, will be with you soon', just complete ignorance of our presence. Avoid.

We really weren't very fussy when trying to find a restaurant on our first night in Krakow. Everything was absolutely heaving with people and there was no room at the inn, so to speak. We wandered around the historic Main Market Square until finally spotting...More

Soooo slow, staff not interested, gave up when they tried charging for the loo! Shame because it's a great location - don't bother.

The location of this restaurant is perfect, and the food is really good. Unfortunatly the service is very slow and chaotic. We were a party of 7. The staff was unattentive, and we had to go ask for them to come to our table. We...More

Noworolski's is a great place to visit for Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner. Situated on the square, sit outside on a sunny day and enjoy especially the omelette and Viennese Breakfast.

Waiters knew nothing about the very famous interior. Promised piano player ' failed to turn up'. Coffee was just about warm but very over-priced. Even had to pay to use the restaurant loos! Impossibly slow service Such a shame........

I am terribly sorry, but some resaurants do. Most probably it is a hungover from the old system. During communist times it was normal although toilets were incredibly dirty and smelly/stinky. There sometimes was an old women... More

Dzien dobry.

I will be traveling to Krakow in early March. Is Noworolski worth visiting? Are you able to go in and have a casual cup of coffee or do you need to dress up. Thank you.

Casual dress is fine...Noworolski Is the perfect place for a quick coffee/tea/mulled wine break. To really enjoy the atmosphere and live music, stay even 20 minutes. Although casual dress is fine, I wouldn't go around... More
