This restaurant is full of contradictions. It's connected to Christian Mission and I got an impression that the stuff there is full of immigrants. Waitresses speak French or little Czech, but no English. Menu is in English, Czech and French. Place was full of people and it's good we had an reservation, even though they didn't understand me and somehow... More

No one can doubt the location or the fact that it's a good cause. Neither can anyone moan about the cost of the daily lunch or the drinks prices given it's central location. UK & US citizens will think this is cheap which it is for them, but not Czech wise. The food is pricey for Czech & the quality... More

Hidden gem next to the cathedral. Very friendly staff. Day menu portions sufficient, and accidentally we ordered a 2nd dessert which was fabulous. Interesting to talk French in Brno! Beautiful garden and isolated from Brno city noise.

L'Eau Vive is among the few locations in Brno who knows what is consuming service. I took there 1 hot and 1 cold lemonade, 1 home made apple cake and 1 profiterole. The ones who manage the location there are not greedy, they don't ask much at all for what they are offering. And they are implicated in what they... More

It is an absolutely wonderful place in the city centre with an amzing garden full of roses with a stunning view of St. Paul and Peter's Cathedral. The meals are a selection of French and traditional Czech recipes which are really delicious. Plus a very good selection of tasty French and Moravian wines.

Cooking and table service by missionaries. The food is exceptional. Open for lunch and dinner but if you just want a beer or coffee after visiting the cathedral they are happy to serve this too. Well worth finding this treasure.

This is a restaurant run by African nuns who serve you in their national dresses. They are very gentle and helpful, speak all possible languages including excellent Czech. The choice of the meals is wide and the meals are very tasteful. When it´s hot, you can sit outside in a wonderful garden where not only herbs for the restaurant are... More
