I randomly saw this restaurant and I positively surprised as a Mexican food lover. Decoration and atmosphere was cosy and Quesidella was pretty good prepared and served. It could be more spicy but there were hot sauces on the table. They don't accept credit cards but they accept both Koruna and Euro. So be prepared to pay in cash.

It is one of my fav restaurants. I am in love with their fajitas and Azteca soup. You should definitely go to Cantina.

This restaurant is nice with good food, however if you are searching for real Mexican restaurant this is not the one you should go to. Moreover, be aware that they do not accept card payments, which is the biggest downside of this restaurant and a reason why I will not return here. I consider it very guest non-friendly, especially nowadays,... More

Once you lag behind the beautiful part below the Prague castle, short walking distance from Malostranské Square, Charles Bridge, Kampa and even closer to the Prague Infant Jesus you will find a nice Mexican restaurant Cantina. The food is fine, nice large portions, fresh and tasty. The service is really very good. They are not the cheapest one and do... More

Same style, same menu, same atmosphere for long years ... and all the time just perfect! Absolutelly refreshing experience. Always full, little chance to get place without reservation during busy hours. My olace to go with friends, family, business lunch or dinner.

Really good food and nice portion sizes for a reasonable price. Nice service and really enjoyed the cocktails. They were really busy when we visited and they managed to squeeze us in in between bookings. A good restaurant with personality. Definitely would recommend after a busy day of walking around the city.

Alongside Las Adelitas, it's the best Mexican restaurant in Prague. More established though. Very authentic, very renown, therefore you definitely need reservation ALWAYS. You might be lucky enough to get a free space later in the evening. Great margaritas, tacos and... everything else, pretty much!

I had the shrimp burrito and it was delicious! Although a little more pricey for somewhere in Prague the portion was huge and it tasted great so it is worth the money. To be honest it is stil a lot cheaper than all the crap chain Mexican restaurants you get in England. Ignore the negative review below mine they didn't... More

Staying in Mala Strana (Little Quarter)

Neighbourhood Profile
Mala Strana (Little Quarter)
Malá Strana is one of the oldest and the most beautiful neighbourhoods in the city. Nestled underneath Prague Castle it was once a part of the Kings route taken by future kings on their way to coronation - originating in the Old Town, crossing Charles Bridge and leading to Saint Vitus Cathedral. Cobblestone streets are lined with picturesque medieval houses, remarkable palaces, churches, kitsch shops and restaurants. Do not hesitate to turn a corner into any narrow street. You will suddenly find yourself in a calm and charming neighbourhood full of hidden gardens, parks with peacocks, fruit trees and ponds. As the neighbourhood is a home to Czech Parliament and many ministries, you can also run into well-dressed officials. If you are thirsty or hungry, it is the right place to be. Restaurants offer delicious traditional food and of course, the best Czech beers.
