This small restaurant at the top of the hill overlooking the Byzantine Prague castle is a perfect antidote to your time pressured tourism or life! Our daughter brought us here and has been a regular since moving to Prague. The decor is small dark alcoves with candles and..Buddha's! Our server Tina spoke English and was helping us create a feast... More

Me and my family have been coming here for years for various special occassions. You can always rely on the great quality of the food and cosy candlelit atmosphere. What makes it special is the ingredients and flavours which are pure and natural. Also the way they are put together is very clever. If you are after an informal, relaxing... More

Absolutely gorgeous interior and the atmosphere is great. Has an extremely authentic feeling. Service was good, prices weren't bad. However the food was relatively bland, not as much flavor as typical Vietnamese and Thai food. Overall, worth a visit, but don't expect a meal to write home about

We visited after a recommendation from lonely planet and was not disappointed!! Just down from the castle the restaurant is very dark and intimate. Incense and Buddha statues located in all areas along with other asian decoration. The menu is amazing with so much different choice of Thai cuisine. The Banana tea was also amazing!! Well worth a visit.

This is the one of the best restaurant in the area. Food was really really good, tasty and fresh. Service is without any special comments. Waitres was warm and welcoming. Just one thing is for improvement - because it is in old, partly underground place without big windows and light bulbs, only candles are on the table, then it is... More

This was one of the best meals I've had in Europe! I had beef pho and it was fantastic. My partner had the Vietnamese specialty and it was just as good. The spring rolls were unusual (big rolls of pastry) but absolutely wonderful flavour. Would highly recommend and will be coming back!

From the street it looks like a very ordinary small restaurant. Even when you walk into a small hall you're still not sure what to expect, but while walking further in between tables you know that you're at the right place. Very subtle (a bit rustic) decorations around, a bit dark surroundings enlightened by small chandeliers creates a fantastic atmosphere... More

We've been highly advised to go and have dinner in this piece of Far East in Prague. I actually loved the location and the way the restaurant look like. But the food is not what I expected, because all of us weren't totally happy of what we ate. Not that close to south East Asian flavors.

Go here for delicious Asian food in a romantic gem on the left side of the river. The chef is a man from Vietnam who knows very well how to cook. He also gives cooking and meditation classes. There is also a waiter from Czech Republic who is so extremly sweet. It's a shame I haven't asked for his name.... More

Staying in Hradcany & Letna

Neighbourhood Profile
Hradcany & Letna
Your experience in Prague will never be complete if you do not see it from the top. Hillsides, stretched from the west to the north, provide spectacular views of greenish copper cupolas, narrow cobblestone streets, bridges connecting both river banks and green gardens from red-roof tops of centuries-old houses. Prague pulls you into its 1300 year old history. Walking up the hill or stairs to Prague Castle, the historical seat of Czech rulers and the majestic Saint Vitus Cathedral can leave you speechless (and out of breath). Luckily, plenty of terrace cafés overlooking gardens and beautiful parks are available to provide rest and a place to catch your breath again.
