Loved the atmosphere but once they brought the starter - the calamari was not good. With the soufflé we were totally disappointed. We are traveling around the world and never had worse souffle. This restaurant is too nice for this kind of desert.

As an Italian frequent business traveller I'm used to eat at restaurant both for pleasure and business reasons. Italians are not used to visit Italian restaurants as for us "nothing is like mama's food" :) but here you will find very good fish dishes and atmosphere.

We went there on a whim on Valentine's eve and were shown to a table straight away. Lovely food and good service. Nice atmosphere

Kogo is an experience from the start to the end. The interior design is very refreshing, spacious. Open kitchen yet not too close to the seating areas so you are still isolated. You can trust the menu, you won't be disappointed if not amazed. I especially recommend the tomato soup! Possibly the best service I've seen in Prague. The waiters... More

Our friend in Praha (Prague) took us here. She was sooo.. right! This place is fantastic! I feel bad to have to "divulge" its existence because the lines might get too long to get in..But, fair is fair. The ambience is sophisticated, many business people come here for lunch. The menu is varied and all dishes very well presented and... More

We were recommended this restaurant by our hotel and were suitably impressed on our first visit. Despite not booking a table, we received very attentive service and enjoyed a lovely meal of soup and one of the best pizzas ever eaten. Two evenings later, we made a reservation and were looking forward to our return visit. This time we were... More

Spent a very nice dinner evening with several courses of great food, both fish and meat. Also enjoyed some nice wine and even through dessert, everything was ok. Staff friendly and accurate, even when we were almost the last seating the the place, no rush or whatsoever. Place is bit difficult to find, as it is within a shopping arcade.

I used to visit this restaurant very often 5 years ago and was very excited to revisit this week. As previously the food was excellent, but unfortunately the evening was ruined by the state of the ladies bathrooms - absolutely filthy and not even any hand towels. A real shame that they have let standards slip so low.

This is an excellent option in Prague. Good atmosphere, great attention, fantastic food and not that expensive. I highly recommend it.

Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighbourhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred metres long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theatres. National Theatre near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
