Took a lovely walk over Charles Bridge to get to Kampa Park. It was truly stunning. The restaurant is split into 3 - we were on the water front, very warm and cosy, relaxing and romantic, candles and fire flames. The food was outstanding, my partner had steak which melted in the mouth, I had octopus and although I never... More

We were in Prague for my 50th birthday and we asked the staff at residence Agnes to tell us where they would go for a special occasion and they suggested Kampa Park. The concierge made reservations himself as he knows the restaurant owner. He got us a table with river/Charles bridge view. Simply amazing. My wife had scallops and the... More

An enjoyable dinning experience but the bill will leave a bad taste in your mouth!! A 3 course meal for 2 came to over 110euros when converted...which is expensive for Prague!! I would expect something with that price tag to be served on a gold plate!!

We had dinner at this incredible restaurant by the water on Valentine's day. They had a pre-fix menu however you had an option of ordering dishes from the menu which we did and were not disappointed. The ambiance was absolutely charming, the waitstaff was incredibly helpful and prompt and the food was magnificent. Very good value. Highly recommend.

Kampa Park delivered a phenomenal culinary experience for my family of 6. From the sommelier assisting with two excellent selections to the birthday sparklers shooting 2 feet in the air, the service was stupendous. Our glasses were never less than half full. My cod fixed price courses were delicate and flavorful. My wife and daughter were delighted by the rich... More

We came here for a Saturday evening dinner, and was given one of the tables in the section along the river side, where you sit literally on the water level. A bit chilly, but gas warmers were turned on, and carpets where on everyone's chairs to keep warm - so we didn't suffer. The waitress was very friendly, and the... More

We were a group of 20 and had a nice business dinner by the river. The entrees and main courses were very good, desserts not that good. Service was very friendly and reasonably timely.

Staying in Mala Strana (Little Quarter)

Neighbourhood Profile
Mala Strana (Little Quarter)
Malá Strana is one of the oldest and the most beautiful neighbourhoods in the city. Nestled underneath Prague Castle it was once a part of the Kings route taken by future kings on their way to coronation - originating in the Old Town, crossing Charles Bridge and leading to Saint Vitus Cathedral. Cobblestone streets are lined with picturesque medieval houses, remarkable palaces, churches, kitsch shops and restaurants. Do not hesitate to turn a corner into any narrow street. You will suddenly find yourself in a calm and charming neighbourhood full of hidden gardens, parks with peacocks, fruit trees and ponds. As the neighbourhood is a home to Czech Parliament and many ministries, you can also run into well-dressed officials. If you are thirsty or hungry, it is the right place to be. Restaurants offer delicious traditional food and of course, the best Czech beers.
