Paul pastisseries are a MUST in Prague. There are a few about. Everything is fresh and tasty. The coffee is excellent. We also visited the one on Wenceslas Square & enjoyed that too.

Where I come from bakeries are very popular, and for me Paul's is the closest to what I would call a bakery in the Czech Republic. Fresh bread baked frequently during the day, nice pastries, friendly staff, an ok-ish coffee.
