We went there cause we saw it in Lonely Planet. The staff didn't care at all about us. We sat wherever we could. The food was good though.

Great value delicious meals, wonderful helpful staff, efficient service. Goulash, schnitzel and chicken with herbs all good-sized and well presented.
As any restaurant in prague, the service is not off the hook but the food is great! The place is very nice and ideally located if your on your way or back from the castle.
First night in Prague.........walked around trying to find decent food, decent prices and we found Ferdinanda. We ordered the goulash with dumplings and I have to say it was excellent......no fat, rubbish, anything quite brilliant. Highly recommended to all.
Found by accident, it was apositive surprise. Food is reasonable in price and quality, not a bargain (as too close to the center) and the appetizers were of good size. Choices are very much local cuisine.
Hidden away down some stairs nice simple place with very good value food and their own brewed beers,the lunchtime specials are good value for money ,the young guy that served us was friendly.
Maybe slightly difficult off the main tourist path, which makes it even more attractive, Ferdinanda suprised us with its cosy cellar atmosphere, excellent service (very busy at lunch time so we were lucky to get a seat) and extremely low prices (again, talking about daily...More
