I come in with a friend, we found a really nice atmosphere and nice staff... We ordered the salmon and the tuna steak ... just delicious. Honest prices. Thank you, for sure we will back there tomorrow :)

We've been here with a group of friends for dinner/night beer session and we've been safistied overall. Excellent beer (unfiltered Policka brand, which you can rarely get elsewhere in Prague), good meals for the good prices (especially the daily menu which they still had in the evening; big portions) and the service was also with no complain.

My wife and i had a great meal at this tucked away place. I had a burger and my wife had the yellow curry. Both were large portions, tasty, and at cheap prices. We were very happy that we just so happened to be staying opposite it and would definitely recommend searching it out, even if staying in another part... More

This place offers a wide variety of different styles of food at very reasonable prices. I had a tasty vindaloo chicken curry for 169 czk. They have 4 interesting Czech beers on tap including a delicious unfliltered pale lager for 30 czk for a half liter...much cheaper than most other nearby places. Staff were friendly as well.

this place is tucked away but worth the search and even if it looks full ask, as they have 2 rooms, we ate here twice over our 4 night stay, you will struggle to find better food and I doubt if you will find it at a better price, the last meal we had was only £15 and that was... More

Unpretentious, delicious and varied cuisine.. Right across the street from the Sheraton. Portions are more than adequate and service was quite friendly. Populated mostly by locals which is a good sign. I would definitely return

Excellent cuisine, delicious meal for very reasonable price, moreover given the place (city centre). Staff is very kind. Decent wine offer, good local beer from small brewery Polička. Even during lunch time a reservation is needed. This restaurant seems quite inconspicuously, but it´s worth of your visit. I come back really often.

Thank Adejka

Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighbourhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred metres long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theatres. National Theatre near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
