We knew it was going to be special since the chef for La Rotonde is the same chef for the Michelin-starred Alcron restaurant that is located in the same Blu Alcron Radisson hotel. What we didn't expect was to have the best dining service we've ever experienced, thanks to Jakub. His non-intrusive attentiveness, along with his warm charm, made our... More

Thank goodness out friends recommended La Rotonde to us during our visit to Prague! We were lucky enough to have Jakub taking care of us for the evening, and we asked him to help us with the selections and wine pairing. It was phenomenal. Everything prepared and presented perfectly, and the most attentive service we could ever ask for! (Do... More

My wife and I had a wonderful dinner with excellent food and great quality of service. I'm really happy that even though we were quite full after our main dish, we still tried some desserts. I loved my pumpkin cheesecake!

Had such a great dinner here the night before we decided to return for second time in a row. Here you can get an excellent meal and an excellent service (many thanks to our waitress Tatiana!). Try beaf and any of soups to proove it. The choice of wines is just surprising. The same restaurant is serving a very generous... More

We were attended by very welcoming and warmth service by the Manager and Stewards, especially Mr Jakub, who explains our dinner thoroughly and patiently with us throughout the night. The food is very appetising and suits our taste very well. Most importantly the atmosphere and the ambience of the restaurant is very romantic for both of us. From a couple... More

What should I write here…? This is a restaurant you really want to like and recommend, because the service is so personal and pleasant, but unfortunately, the food is simply not on level. Even worse, when you have the brilliant Alcron restaurant located right next door. We had the chefs 7 course degustation menu but only the gnocchi was good.... More

The first thing to note is that this restaurant is in the Radisson Hotel, so it is easy to miss if you are just looking for the restaurant name on the street! We booked La Rotonde for my gf's birthday and we were looked after from start to finish by the extremely friendly staff. We chose our meal from the... More

Yesterday we was with friends including kids at La Rotonde for brunch. Restaurant is in the hotel Radisson Alcron in Prague. The excellent chef Roman Paulus was on place to insure that all food was looking as tasting corespondent to his expectations. Food was looking fantastic. Was great, excellent, marvelous taste out of the scope of normal sense. It was... More

Description
La Rotonde, an elegant restaurant in the Art Deco style and holder of several awards, offers an excellent selection of meals from the international and local traditional cuisine. Our talented chefs are capable of creating a culinary miracle from your dinner, which you will never forget. In the summer, it is possible to have an informal dinner on a quiet outside terrace. The Sundays have for years been dedicated to the popular jazz brunch and the Saturdays are dedicated to families with children. In the La Rotonde restaurant, everyone will get what they want. Traditional La Rotonde brunch is every Saturday and Sunday from 12.00 noon till 15:30. We are not offering ala carte lunch in this time.

Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighbourhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred metres long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theatres. National Theatre near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
