Stayed near this restaurant and decided to go for dinnerafter reading reviews. We hadn't, the made a reservation we were able to get a table. Unfortunately we felt the greeting and service by the staff was unwelcoming, We were given menus but not what the soup and main meal was until we asked. We could not fault the food which... More

We heard about this coffee place through the bean hunter and boy was this coffee good . I had a Long black which was served so nicely, it was smooth and not one ounce of bitterness . My Husband started with a piccolo latte which was perfect . We stayed for a second round as coffee in Europe is not... More

Absolutely amazing coffee! Whatever and however you want it. Nice and friendly staff, great ambience, and overall an enjoyable, relaxing time. It's not so touristic, which is absolutely perfect! Highly recommended.

Delicious dinner meals and deserts. Also popular for breakfast and lunches served many ways. Phenomenal variety of wines along with the production details and stories. Definitively one of the small and decent places to go to with passionate staff working at the bar and also in the kitchen. A bit more expensive but worth it at all. No reservation means... More

The cafe is a beautiful place: Nice decor, nice music, nice servers, excellent coffee, wifi available. Only downside is: I am a brunch addict and was disappointed by my breakfast food. Small plates, nothing different. I was expecting more... but on the other aide, I can only blame myself as I should have checked people's pictures of breakfast selection. The... More

This café is a nice place to sit and relax. The size of the plates are not so great, the quality is ok, but then price is good. I would recommend this place if you are traveling with kids and you want a cheap cosy place to eat breakfast. Also it might be a good option if you are in... More

Coffee and service is superb. The vaitor gave us a great recommendation for Nicaraguan coffee. Highly recommended if you crave caffeine in Prague.

Staying in Mala Strana (Little Quarter)

Neighbourhood Profile
Mala Strana (Little Quarter)
Malá Strana is one of the oldest and the most beautiful neighbourhoods in the city. Nestled underneath Prague Castle it was once a part of the Kings route taken by future kings on their way to coronation - originating in the Old Town, crossing Charles Bridge and leading to Saint Vitus Cathedral. Cobblestone streets are lined with picturesque medieval houses, remarkable palaces, churches, kitsch shops and restaurants. Do not hesitate to turn a corner into any narrow street. You will suddenly find yourself in a calm and charming neighbourhood full of hidden gardens, parks with peacocks, fruit trees and ponds. As the neighbourhood is a home to Czech Parliament and many ministries, you can also run into well-dressed officials. If you are thirsty or hungry, it is the right place to be. Restaurants offer delicious traditional food and of course, the best Czech beers.
