We were at the Palladium Mall for dinner and unfortunately chose this colourful restaurant. I am generally doubtful about restaurant which servers multiple cuisines (e.g. this serves mexican and indian) but took a chance. We ordered medium spicy food and what we got was not edible at all. My daughter had to order yoghurt and I had to take a... More

Was in the food court of Palladium mall, and decided to just stop by for some quick lunch. Horrible food, disgrace to call it Indian food! Service also sucked, the waiters are so rude, they behave as if they are doing a favor by serving you. Water is also charged, never been to a restaurant that charges money for tap... More

We were 6 of us. We went for lunch. The food was very bad. All items tasted the same. Its a disgrace to Indian food. Advise everyone to avoid this place.

Recently stopped by and enjoyed an oriental exotics lunch: nice service, spicy food, you can choose daily menu or tasting. Quite nice experience!

Only went for a milkshake & shisha both terrible! No toilets not that good, didn't have any food! Would probably just stay with the lovely street food!

We went for a dinner to this place. Having read bad reviews had little expectations but thought should give it a try as we were in Palladium mall. Food itself was average no taste no proper spice levels. But the service was very disappointing. Waitress was rude and no sense of service in staff. I dont think the chef is... More

My wife and I went to Chanchala because after several days of Czech food we wanted something else. It turned out to be a disappointment. The food was not tasty at all. Dishes that were presented as spicy had almost no taste, and the food was not authentically Indian at all. I have seen a lot of Indian restaurants that... More

No taste in food. Doesn't seem like an Indian restaurant. The food sucked and even the waiter had little clue about the menu. A very bad experience! Please avoid.

Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighbourhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred metres long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theatres. National Theatre near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
