I visited this restaurant in July 2017. Surprisingly two or three administrators of other restaurants told us that this is the best place. I can say that it is not. The restaurant is absolutely touristic oriented. It has a big space but small amount of...More

The veering is unique, locally made. The brewery is old and they learned how to make beer over time! There are several type, don't skeep the 33X beer, which is strong in alchohol but not in taste. Go around the back , enter the old...More

It was great to visit this historic pub. At first service was prompt but then far less attentive. The duck breast in orange sauce was too tough. The sliced potatoes that came with the duck were just deep fried potatoes. My friend's chicken breast was...More

I barely give a 1* rating but this place is absolutely one of the worst places I have ever been. Food must have come out of the microwave and gave no taste at all. Non-interested service, above-averice prices and zero admosphere.

If you want to go here just for a beer it might take a while to get served, atleast for us. We waited 30 min for 3 beers. Yet when we later ordered food it came quite fast, and was good and cheap. Recommended to...More

Me and my boyfriend went for dinner after someone else recommended the place. It was nothing short of amazing, both the atmosphere as well as the food! I took the pork steak with home made beer sauce - you need to try this, it was...More

If having real Budweiser (not the American imitation) in both light and dark forms isn't enough, the fantastic food and ambience should leave no doubt as to Medvidku's place in your itinerary. The plentiful seating and location off the beaten touristy path help visitors be...More

Food was lovely! The staff were really attentive, we never had an empty glass! And the prices are really good too. We've been here twice in a week and if we come back for a holiday we wouldn't hesitate in coming back!

This is a neighborhood restaurant. It is clearly a haunt by the locals for drinking and eating. The food is good, not great , but the ambiance and gives you a good feel for the culture of Prague. We went here twice.

Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighbourhoods in town represents
the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is
bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický
square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle
in the background, is probably the most beautiful
square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere
of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and

Pretty sure I didn't pay cash for anything in Prague in fall 2015. Found them to be very credit card friendly. Almost certain medvidku takes cards.
