The service here is always excellent and the food is some of the best in Prague! I am now a vegetarian and they have an Excellent Vegan Burger and a meatless soup and wonderful salads and desserts. I am fortunate to have this restaurant in my neighborhood. They have also redecorated the restaurant and it is a lovely place to... More

My fiancé, sister and I came across this small spot on our last night in Praha. After a long week visiting Christmas markets, local taverns, recommended restaurants; we wanted something more intimate with a local charm. I dobre is the spot! Other than an Italian trio behind us, we were the only non Czechs in the place. We started with... More

Clean place with modern decor. Fresh food. My potato salad was very well seasoned and tasty. The same pork chop. Beer menu similar to other places in Prague. Prices on average level.

We ordered chicken pasta and it was really good. The waitress was little pit angry but the quality of food was enough and we could go to this restaurant again. Good prise of food and beer, cheaper than in the city center.

We´ve visited this restaurant upon recommendation from local colleagues as we stayed in nearby situated Park inn hotel. Interieur is simply decorated with lot of wood. There is possibility to stay in separated space (which we, as group of 16, really enjoyed). Staff was very helpfull. We had from pasta to steak almost from every part of menu, and all... More

The staff in the jewelry shop on the same block recommended I try this place. I had the treska filet with tagliatelle featured in their lunch special. Ghastly fish on insipid pasta. The Staropramen I ordered was also a short measure of beer; note that this is common in Prague from my observation. Perhaps you should avoid the fish and... More

Stopped in because it smelled good outside the front door. Food lacked flavor, especially salt. Waitstaff not too pleasant. Wouldn't return.

We were looking for a place in saturday evening. Everything was full, but here were free tables. We were a little bit afraid, but hunger won. Portion wasn't super big, but enough, plus very nice served and tasty. We also found here a kids corner for our toddler and some menu.

Thank Gosia D

Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighbourhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred metres long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theatres. National Theatre near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
