A great venue overlooking the ocean. We had a group of 9 and couldn’t have been happier with the service or the food. Not a bad spot for sundowners too!

Popped in here out of the rain for breakfast. We’re shown to our table and ordered coffee, which came straight out, nice n hot. Then ordered breakfast which came out so quickly we thought it was someone else’s order. Big serves & great service, very...quick (had our orders within 10mins). Highly recommended.More

Started off with drinks from a good menu. Transferred to the restaurant with sea views. Good menu, had the risotto which was perfect. Good wine list, friendly staff & great setting.

Very disappointing dinner where on the menu it clearly states that chips are gluten free but when I confirmed with waitstaff, she returned saying that chef wasn’t able to put them in a separate fryer (except they were able to on a previous visit) so...no they would not be gluten free. I’m coeliac and chose this restaurant because I was happy with them once before. The chips were delicious and gf but this time they couldn’t provide gf chips. Even my gf bun was tough and tiny.More

We all dropped in here for a family dinner. A nice space on the Strand. We all enjoyed the starters and mains. Had a nice red from the Barossa. Friendly staff. Main meal coming out was a little slow, however there were many in the...place!More

I feel that I got served a rump steak and not the rib eye that we had ordered. They think we are stupid and don’t know the different types of meat. The manager didn’t want to know and said it was Rib eye. My seafood...platter was overpriced for getting 1/4 of a mud crab. We went here last September and it was nice but wouldn’t recommend it.More

Excellent dinner. Never disappoints. This restaurant is bar none the best overall in Townsville. Dinner was amazing. Staff went above & beyond to make hubby’s birthday memorable. Special mention to Tamara for making tonight special. Great wine list & varied menu makes it the perfect...fit for us. Def recommend The Watermark for any meal. Although food was ok the service is terrible. My partner was having a sugar low and waiting for food and coffee approach the bar to request a beverage to ensure sugar didn't drop too low. The gentleman was great who asked the lady behind the...bar to provide a beverage. The lady continued to make coffees and after a while stopped asked for table number and stated could not provide beverage without table number, I retrieved the table number and waited until she acknowledged me again, then kept making coffees. The lady then added the juices to the bill and requested full payment for everything. I payed reluctantly, the lady the looked at me and said anything else. I then relayed again the urgency of receiving the juice.I know people are busy but a medical issue I believe takes precedence.More
