First up, the food here was really great and we had a very tasty big breakfast. Unfortunately the coffee we had before breakfast was a bit of a letdown being pretty average and it was barely lukewarm too. Our main issue was more bad luck - if there is any rain, you will get wet. There are no alternatives, no indoor seating, there are no eaves on the building, and the tiny umbrellas and trees will not protect you. Luckily it was only a light shower that cleared up pretty quickly but a random heavy downpour of rain would certainly have you scrambling to protect your plates of food. I would still give 5* if the coffee was better. I will definitely eat here again, but it will be on a nice clear sunny day, and I will probably just stick with the orange juice.

Everyone needs to visit this exquisite cafe. The service is amazing and the staff super friendly and very helpful. We arrived one morning with four adults and three children and couldn't see any tables left. They then got some more tables out of storage and got us settled. Prices are reasonable and the food comes out quite quickly and is extremely tasty. You can order full or half sizes on some things and children can have toast for free. It is dog friendly and offers free dog treats. One of the best breakfasts we have had in some time. Going again tomorrow morning.

I have lived in the Sunshine Coast for a few years now and tried lots of eating places. Giggling goats wins hands down value for money and great food and service. I love they do half serves of things which suited me

Great place to have a breakfast after walking the 4 legged boss on the beach.
It's great to have places that are not only dog welcoming but dog friendly! My dog very much enjoyed the homemade snack that she got before we'd even had a chance to order!!! Nicely done, well played.
Food *(both dishes) were spot on. Nothing complex, nothing pretentious but both done very well and very well received - I was hungry!
All in all - "Thank you". It's nice to go somewhere that does care.
Keep it up team.

We loved this little cafe. The staff and owner were so lovely. Dogs are welcome and every one of them receive a treat! The coffee was amazing and our meals tasty too. Our little boy got a free peanut butter toastie and the staff were very accomodating.

Food as well as customer service from all staff was beyond amazing and I couldn’t recommend enough. 🍳
However the owner was not just disrespectful towards staff but also customers in our presence. You could cut the air with a knife because of all the tension between her and the staff, who were nothing but helpful well-spoken and proactive in keeping a busy service under control with the biggest smiles on their faces.

Even though we were having breakfast at 6:30am Giggling Goat was very busy. However, our coffee and meals arrived in good time. The Vegelover had lots of variety of vegetables and the Eggs Benedict with grilled vegies was an impressive stack. There were lots of dogs about when we arrived but most had continued on their walk shortly afterward. The downside was that we were sitting by the busy road – the side street would have been quieter and shadier.

Great location, dog friendly, clean and COVID-safe. QR Codes were checked.
We enjoyed a lazy Sunday breakfast as a group of 6 plus 1 dog. All adults and 1 teen. Menu was great with a wide variety of choices that were customisable and easy to adapt dishes to suit dietary requirements. Coffee was tasty and customer service was excellent.
It's hard with such a limited outdoor area to have social distancing between tables and still have customers in the shade, but having a small dog and with unknown dogs close by enjoying complimentary treats it's always a little unnerving as some days can be food aggressive. Our dog is on a specialised diet, so he occasionally has a puppachino but not unknown biscuits etc.
I'll definitely be back

Really good food from this cafe that specialises in breakfast. My bacon and eggs were delicious and the staff were great. The only downside is that this cafe welcomes dogs and they are everywhere so if you don't mind eating with dogs this will suit.

Good little breaky place. Stopped off on our travels, Seems popular with locals. Food was good. Takeaway coffee took ages but there were a lot of people waiting for their hot coffee on a rainy day!

Visited here several times for breakfast and coffee, food is delicious great menu but best of all was the service. Staff were so friendly and made a point of accommodating every customers needs, whilst I'm sat here writing this they have moved chairs to fit a buggy into the shade. Provided a dog bed for an older dog. Greet each and every customer and free water for humans and dogs.
I'm missing my dogs at home so its lovely to see the photo gallery behind the till and how welcome dogs are here

Coffee was a 10/10 easy.
Food arrived quickly and was delicious.
Service was friendly and accommodating.
Honestly this experience was the perfect example of “good hospitality”
Places like this deserve our business, deserve our support, deserve to be busy.

Giggling Goat recently revamped their menu. I thought this might mean a change to their breakfast offerings but the usual favourites were still there, as well as the option for half serves. They've added more lunch options I think, but we never go past the breakfasts. And no credit card surcharge! (increasingly rare these days). GG is a great little cafe with friendly staff and excellent food. Long may they continue!

The owner and staff make everyone feel so welcome. Whether you are a local or holiday maker. Especially your dog!! Homemade doggy treats and a loving pat. Food is awesome, smaller serves if you prefer, which is great for me! Really love coming back here.

First time visiting Dicky Beach and came across The Giggling Goat, stop for Coffee & Breakfast. I honesty cannot remember the last time I have see such wonderful attentive service. We had bacon & egg breakfast with was great. But it was the great customer service that will keep bringing us back.
