We had a great dinner in Asador Casa Santa Pola. everything we ordered was good. It is run by a family. The octopus was extraordinary, and the chocolate dessert incredible. It was a bit pricey but definitely worth it. would go back. highly recommend it.

We are in Ronda for one day on a Rick Steve's My Way tour. Our hotel is "across" the bridge from the bull ring and we saw this wonderful spot on our get to know the area walk. Wre came back for dinner at 8:00 am were seated immediately, in fact we had the intimate lower level dining room to... More

Nice Spanish restaurant with typical Spanish atmosphere. Food was very nicely made and a delight. Menu not to big, but sufficient. Food was perfectly made. Outside balconies had a chilly afternoon/evening delight, and beautiful view.

We came 8.10 pm (they open at 8pm) and lucked out we thought getting a table for two on the terrace looking over the gorge. They place itself, has an nice atmosphere but if you can get a table on the terrace, that is the best place to sit. On the front door they had two stickers from the Michelin... More

The waiter at this restaurant speaks basically no English - I managed to articulate in enough Spanish to make a booking one afternoon to come back for dinner the following evening. Same waiter with no English but he somehow managed to be of such soft spoken, courteous, gentle and obliging service, that the language barrier seemed to only enhance the... More

Had dinner here June 15th. Staying in Ronda for our first visit and wanted to eat somewhere different. Wandered around the Cuidad for the afternoon and found this place just before they closed for the siesta. As previous reviewers have said, a fairly small menu, but excellent food, generous portions, friendly, well paced service. Good bread and olives whilst we browsed... More

We were in Ronda for one night and wanted a dinner without the usual 100 choices on the menu. We saw the Casa Santa Pola and decided to take a chance and booked a table. At 8.30pm we were the first to arrive, but found the gentleman who served us very helpful. The menu is limited to two or three... More

This was our first visit to this restaurant although we have been to Ronda many times before. On arrival we found we were virtually the only clients. However the food was excellent although the menu was rather limited compared with other restaurants in Ronda. Service was good and not obtrusive. On balance we enjoyed our visit and the final bill... Quick summary: delicious food, small-ish menu, stunning view over the gorge. Friendly, professional service. This is a lovely, traditional restaurant with a view over the gorge. The menu is small -- five small plates, and five mains. Usually this would not be an issue with me, but some options were more tempting than others, and some would have been close... More
