Disgusting salad

Ordered a Crispy Chicken Caesar Salad & it was totally crap. The most biggest feral salad that was ever put together. Not only was the bacon burnt, the chicken itself was dry as s#€/ & the salad...well you might as well have used all the brown greens. Thanks for making me purchase a crap salad!

We just stopped for a quick lunch as this was closest McDonald's. They missed part of our order so I had to go back. And the our Angus clubhouse burgers were chicken clubhouse burgers! I say keep driving...

Worse McDonalds I have been to

Place was dirty. Staff standing around doing nothing. No serviettes available unless asking for them and then you were thrown a handful. Toilets very dirty. Floor needing sweeping and seats needed cleaning. Counter staff not at all helpful. It seems the drive through was more important than dining in customers. Would not go back again.

Third time I was refused service at the drive thru the car in front and behind where both served I was told that there was a system update happening and had to wait in a busy line while other where collected their foods

worst service ever

the last three times i've been through drive through at Casula McDonalds, they have stuffed up my order. It seems to be a consistent problem at this particular branch. The first time it happened, there was no patty in my burger; the second time, the drink was watered down; and the third time, the fries and nuggets were missing from my meal. This is very disappointing as this is my local McDonalds. Won't be coming here again, terrible service.

This maccas needs to be shut down

I needed to go to the loo before I ordered lunch today 10/6/2019. I went into the males toilet to find the toilet had over flowed on to the floor with human feces in the cubicle as I turned to walk out there was vomit in the hand basin. There needs some sort of health officer go into that place and shut it down

the staff were really nice and respectful and took my order quickly and efficently, and it didnt take long for me to reicive my order so i could get back to my hotel! thank you very much

Not Impressed!

The worse McDonalds experience I’ve ever had. Water was warm, chips were cold as were the nuggets, No sauces! Thanks for being open late but there’s no chance of us returning. Maybe if the young guys on the counter focused more about customers and less about themselves, I wouldn’t have bothered with this review. 1/10

Can't complain!

Friendly and efficient service from the counter to the table. Our Bacon & Egg McMuffin Meal Deals were really good, not greasy at all! Coffee was great... hot and creamy, just how we like it! Great pit stop for brekky before heading north on the motorway!

Disgusting service

Disgusting service I have even seen.. I order my meal and drive to first window nobody was there so I drive to second window, so far I know most of the MacDonald use one window late night. The idiot blue shirt staff member came to the and show me her finger " mate you have to go around and come back to the first window" Outrageous and yucky staff member or may be she was manger.

In need of new staff incl. floor manager

We were disgusted with the McDonald's at 453 Hume Hwy Casula, the restaurant was filthy, service was not to talk about! Food was just thrown together. Please read on! (1-10, with 10 being EXCELLENT and 1 being DISGUSTING) CLEANLINESS RATED : 1. There was left over food and scraps on all the tables where we had no where to sit when we dinned in. This is no joke! I found my self personally cleaning the table that we sat at. CUSTOMER SERVICE RATED: 2. When I ordered my food there was a girl that got my order wrong literally 5 times when repeating it back with more food added and missed a couple of things that was annoying. She didn't know how to use the til then calling another girl to help and SHE even got the order wrong repeating it twice and to top it up she even didn't know how to use till calling a 3rd girl over to help. You can only imagine my frustration. Then missing items when order was ready for pickup. Eg.. I ordered a salad at $8-$9 and they told me that I had to pay extra for dressing , I told them it was a joke just for lettuce and 2 tomatoes. Lady said 'this time I won't charge you but next time I will have to'. Hahaha! Then there was a poor old lady waiting g to get served at the cafe and was waiting half an hour to be served, " no joke" the young staff kept walking by her to go to waiting bay , I counted 7 times and lady did not get served or even asked what she was waiting for. Another customer had approached her to see if she wAs served and all the old lady wanted was POT OF TEA. The lady called out about the service at the store and the laughing and talking the staff wAs doing and ignoring staff then the so called floor manager came to the attention and was looking for the TEA POTS opening all the cupboards and couldn't even find the tea . No other staff went to his attention either. It was like they were scared to go serve or help. I just wanted to get up and jump over the counter and do the job for them. Only if I was a manager I would sack all of them and send them all home. I will never go again and recommend the same to others. I will file a formal complaint to management at head office as this McDonald's needs to oversee the staff and working conditions served to public for hygiene levels and customer service. This all happened in one day, one visit.
