The worst quality of food, ordered numerous times every time it was crappy chicken pieces and burnt and not edible at all!

Usually nice KFC but today it was the worst KFC. The nuggets were burnt and you couldn’t eat it. Waste of money

These guys miss an item everytime and I always see other people coming back in with same proble. Food quality isnt the best either. I would suggest going to another kfc

The staff (especially day) make this KFC the best one around. They can be quite busy but worth the wait. Never had any issue with the food or wrong orders. The tables are always clean and tidy.

I only come here because its the closest near my house on the way home from work. Everytime i come here...i have to take all the food out of the bag and triple check if i got my food. I have learnt my lesson as there has bee things missing countless times. Sometimes the chicken is soggy and smells burnt...not the greatest kfc...i recommend going flowerdale rd in lurnea who has better quality kfc

I know never to expect too much when visiting a fast food outlet, but this place has made me so sick that I have been in bed for the past couple of days due to food poisoning. Additionally, the toilets here are disgusting - there was no toilet paper in any of the cubicles in the women's bathroom, and there was no soap. I would avoid this place at all costs.

Went for lunch at kfc casula
Is one of the cleanest kfc i have been too and the only one worth going to to get the good old kfc chips friendly staff with morales to cook with quality is well worth the money here

Typical KFC except that the staff seem to be aloof, arrogant and not helpful at all. TV advertised special was "not available" for unknown reasons - were made to feel it was our fault for ordering it.
The KFC we did get was typical KFC although we felt it was a bit too greasy and not hot as if freshly cooked.
We go a bit further to a different KFC is we want KFC now.

This KFC is filthy, very poor service and after we sat down to eat we didn't want too. My husband couldn't eat his meal because everything was so dirty.
