Great place for a decent feed when you head to Costco, much better than pizza or hot dogs. Great burger and fries, reasonably priced and plentiful

Stumbled upon this place whilst shopping at fantastic furniture. Great American diner decor. They serve Mexican Coca Cola! Large menu and so much to choose from. Had a variety of burgers ordered and food was brought out in a timely fashion. Burger looked good. They tasted just ok. Nothing special honestly. With all due respect, Ive had much better. Hey not bad overall and glad there is a burger joint amongst the retail park.

The shop is located near the Liverpool shopping outlets, across the road from Orange Grove McDonald’s, Krispy Kreme and Harvey Norman.
The burgers were good. Meat quality was decent, cooked medium to medium well. Ingredients were fresh. Not the greatest burger I’ve had but overall, nicer than some other cheap takeaway burgers you would buy. Would probably go back again.

Regular here no probs the main lovely young ladies coffee making excellent.
Problrm. 4/1/20 fell foul not thinking... lesser casual young girl worker must just fill in. Sorry but..To many times noidea making coffee. Eirther cold or scorching burnt crap.
No idea how to make coffee shouldnt be in doing this for a job.

i ordered from big daddys it was a big let down , nachos where clump in the middle with toppings , my wife burger was advised has steak in the burger , it was very low cost poor quality mince , my fries where nearly cold not cook while over cook , my burger was small no flavour , only postive was deliveroo the driver he was friendly , its over priced and horrible tasty food ,

Cool pictures and the atmosphere is good, kids would love it. Not for me though didn't enjoy the coffee it was super bitter and the egg & bacon roll wasn't pleasant, I hazard a guess it was the bun that gave it what I thought was an unusual flavour. Again not for me, but kids would love it.

Really enjoyed big daddys, Nothing fancy but fresh well presented food.
We were their for breakfast but will go for lunch next time we are in the area.

We ordered our food with extra cheese on all meals
She repeated our order all ok
I paid
Some food came with no extra cheese which we paid extra for
After waiting for more than 10mins for rest of food she said we didn’t order anything else
We left very hungry and angry
We won’t be returning or recommending them to anyone

The burgers here are great, full of flavour and well prepared
The burgers take a little longer than normal but the quality justifies it.
Has a play ground and open dinning area to allow a relaxed eating environment.

If you love burgers this is the place for you. This restaurant used to be called Memphis Wings. The name has changed but the menu and great quality of food provided has not. It's definitely not a great choice if you're health conscious or on a diet but perfect for those who love stuffing there faces with great tasting food. Almost all of the meat here is slow cooked for hours plus they also have that liquid cheese sauce.
Only downfall is service time, they do get very busy and I've had to wait for half an hour for my order many times.
I've heard rumours the ass-burner sauce is not for the faint hearted ;)

Coming from an American, this was awful. The burger was burnt, the bun was stale and the cheese on the cheese fries was hard as a rock. They shouldn’t claim to be an American burger bar. Just because you have a few American beers and sodas does not make it an American burger establishment. Honestly, this place shouldn’t even claim to have a decent burger, because they don’t!

The lady taking our ordered was so rude. This was our first time eating at this resturant so we were looking at the menu and she made some smart remark to another staff member about how long we were taking. Honestly this has to be the worst service we have ever experienced!!! Food was ok but we would never go back.

Popped into Big Daddy’s for lunch whilst shopping at Crossroads and the burgers didn’t disappoint. We had the Daddy Double burger which was really tasty. Staff were friendly and helpful when placing our order. I had the salted caramel shake which was worth the calories on my cheat day.
