Good selection of quality Take-Home food

Pretty good coffees & pastries & croissants ... but hard not to be tempted with light dinner selections. I chose a couple of savory frittatas which won 'brownie points' for the evening. Providores is a QUIET alcove off Netanya Resort , so a nice retreat away from a lot of the busy parade up & down Hastings St.

Great Little Spot for a Coffee or a Snack

Located beside the reception area at Netanya, this little establishment provides great food, snacks and refreshments to eat in or take away. Great coffee and cake including some gluten free options. Convenient with quality products and friendly, helpful staff.

The best coffee

We are holidaying with a coffee connoisseur and she turned down a number of establishments that we passed until she felt the coffee would meet her high standards. I am happy to report that Providore on Hastings exceeded her expectations and she even complimented the barista on the quality. Highly recommend!

Left upset.

Staff were all negative at register because I asked for gluten free toast instead croissant and tomato instead of ham. Some people have an allergy, or certain food flare up their autoimmune disease or choose not to eat meat for animal rights, environmental reasons or health reasons or have religious beliefs and don’t eat ham etc etc etc For me - gluten and pork flare up my autoimmune disease like no other so I avoid - but I still like to enjoy regular foods the best I can so I can have some normalcy. I try to keep requests low key, because it’s annoying to have to ask. I didn’t go in wanting to make a big deal and made a simple request. Instead I left feeling really upset having my food allergens rubbed in my face ‘not allowed to make changes’ and all the staff behind counter and people behind me in the queue just staring at me. I just wanted to enjoy my food and move on. It’s 2021 - have gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options, management should have the options set up already, they aren’t complicated requests, just respectful options so everyone can enjoy something from their cafe. Put yourselves in someone else’s shoes. The food and coffee is great here but I’m so sick of going to places and haven’t to explain myself and leaving feeling like s*** every time being reminded about my illness. To top it off, got back to hotel and the toastie is not melted at all and they made my husband a croissant with ham instead of tomato, which I specifically asked to change to tomato... re above. The incorrect food topped it off and inspired me to write a review which I haven’t done in many years... At least the coffee is great.

Waited 20 minutes for a $9.50

Waited 20 minutes for a $9.50 takeaway croissant and they weren’t even busy. Croissant was sloppy and rushed as they obviously missed the order and threw it under a grill for a minute. Poor service

Don’t think we will be going back

So so disappointed in Providore on Hastings. We ordered Ham and cheeses Croissants ( we weren’t asked if we wanted them heated) They arrived and were soggy and flat. When i mentioned to the waitress that croissants don’t work well in a microwave. They need to stay crunchy and light she said they weren’t done in microwave they were done in an oven. The speed that arrived at our table there was no way they were done in an oven. Her apology was tokenistic and insincere, so disappointing as the presentation of the food and environment was excellent in the cafe. We can’t say we will be back during our stay in Noosa for the coffee either, very ordinary.

Caught them on a bad day!

Visited on recommendation from a colleague who raved about the coffee. Was however a disappointing experience. Lost my brother's order. He reminded the wait staff who produced his coffee after 30 minutes. After 45 minutes we left and he still did not have his ham & cheese croissant. I had a hot chocolate which was extremley disappointing. 2 mouthfuls of lukewarm milk with slight chocolate taste. Was really hot, even inside.

Good coffee

Grab a good takeaway coffee and head to the beach to soak up that vital Vitamin D. Friendly staff. Quick service..contactless. Social distancing rules were well policed

Hidden Gem

Relatively new local providore that doubles as a cafe. The coffee is excellent and so are the cookies. I consider this my new number one coffee house in Noosa. Service is friendly and efficient and prices are in line with most other cafes. Check this one out especially if you're also a foodie.

Best chai on Hastings St

Proud supporter of local producers, it’s always a delight to browse the deli area and explore locally produced good. The highlight is the local sticky chai - shout out to baristas who consistently make the best sticky chai on Hastings st!

Best ever Almond Croissant

Fantastic variety of the best food, cheese and products in Qld
