A historic little house has been revamped to be a bar and restaurant any city would be proud of. Good selection of beers on tap and a good local wine list. The bar was pretty small so a little crowded and the wooden floors meant...More

We had a most enjoyable evening here. The hotel, being an old home, is lots of smaller rooms which is nice. Friendly and welcoming staff and a good menu with lots of familiar and new food to select from. Generous servings. Would come back again...More

Some of us locals call it by this name, as we know it tends to be overpriced. The food can be nice, but neither dazzling nor reliable, and in my book nobody should ever charge $32.50 for corned beef. If you like a noisy pub...More

Such a beautiful place to relax and wine and dine. A great variety of wines and beers on tap. The menu is diverse with the service being prompt. There is also an outdoor area with trees offering plenty of shade. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Two evenings spent at the EoS and we were made very welcome both times. The staff were attentive to non locals and the beer and wine were excellent, the log fires made the evening cosy and warm.

Here at the earl of spencer, we see ourselves as a family friendly venue. We have a large beer garden that is non smoking, kids play area, live music every saturday from 7pm & Sunday from 5pm and an all day snack menu. Lunch where nothing is over $20 for lighter lunches with an option for something a little more. We have 16 tap beers to choose from. We only sell local wines, which are all from the Great Southern Region. All of our meals area cooked to order, so our moto is, great food takes time.
