We ended up going for two days in a row and it was truly wonderful both days. We tried both the pastries and the quiches and frankly we would drive from Perth to Albany just for the walnut feta and pumpkin quiche alone! The interior...of the restaurant is brilliantly set out and while you have the choice of sitting outside there is so much to see inside.More

Excellent coffee and French pastries with a flair. Pricey but a real treat. Great ambience. They were short staffed due to WA Government ban on international travellers who would normally fill the three vacancies.

Fabulously eclectic French inspired cafe. Brilliant hand made food clearly made from really super ingredients. Not a microwave oven in sight ... everything heated up in a wood fired pizza oven ... so worth a visit !

My mum and I moved back to Albany a few months ago after 15 years away and have slowly been trying every place around town. This place has absolutely blown my mind and taste buds. The closest I’ll ever get to Paris for a while...Will be back soon So lovely the head chef or possibly owner comes out to check how the food is and if you are happyMore

Crikey. What a filling and sumptuous breakfast. Better to over order because it's Xmas and FOMO if the town is shutdown with the plague arriving from Perth. Everything including presentation maxed out the taste buds. Hope to try some more dishes before heading back behind...the wall. Perth that is and be locked in again and again and never allowed out unless we are 109 percent plague free.More

We took a trip to France for breakfast by just walking through the door of Gormandise & Co. So authentically French right down to the lovely lady who took our order and the chef who popped over to chat. The food was beautiful but was...only part of the experience. So sorry that we only discovered this little cafe on our day of departure. Ooh la la!More

Oo La La … just spent 3 days in Albany and went to this place every morning. A nice French touch and the baked eggs are highly, highly recommended as are the buttery croissants, the quiches, pastries, opera gateux, blueberry tart and, of course, the...macarons. You’ll need a few days to try everything but do it, you won’t be disappointedMore

We always call in here for breakfast when in Albany and it is always outstanding. Janet and the staff are friendly and welcoming and we always take croissants and pastries back home with us.
