Sticks & Stones is very welcoming and clean with a fun ambiance. I enjoyed the berry smoothie (sooo delicious 😋) and my burger was fantastic (my boyfriend and I shared a burger and this was cut in half for us without any issues). Tasty tucker...indeed and I enjoyed every sip & bite. The team working there was super friendly & helpful without being intrusive. There were both indoor and outdoor seats but all was undercover. I would recommend this cafe to anyone visiting Torquay.More

Great place for breakfast

Came here for breakfast today. The staff greeted as we walked in. Very friendly and accommodating with our party of 5. The food prices was on par with the other breakfast meals around the area. Prices from 20 onwards. The restaurant was nice and modern...with wall art very clean. You can sit inside or out. We ordered smashed avocado( my wife said it was the best she ever had) , eggs Benny and kings breakfast Highly recommendedMore

Breakfast experience

My husband and I visited this cafe for breakfast today. Staff was really friendly and the food was amazing. It happened to be my husband’s bday and the friendly staff went to the effort of making a special treat for us. We would definitely visit...this place if we are in the area again!More

Modern quality Turkish food

A modern take on classic Turkish cuisine. Tasty full flavoured dishes that were brought out rather quickly (a good thing). I had the vegan burger, nothing to fault, better than average. Also tasted the Dolma dish, string flavours on a nice rustic salad. Plenty of...other option to choose from on the menu. Nice & friendly staff.More

Brunch with wife

Had brunch today at this cafe. Staff were very pleasant and carried out their job with aplomb. Chose “Beans” and “Italian Omelette “. These were both very tasty, good and hot and ample in size. Coffee was also very good. A pleasant beachy decor. I...recommend a visit here.More

Great breakfast

Decent coffee. We ordered lamb burgers and roasted mushrooms. They were very tasty especially the pouched eggs. The service was good and non intrusive. Good stopping by cafe.

Coffee break

Hidden Gem🙌🏽

Lovely hidden gem down an short alley after surf shops. Staff are super friendly, polite and welcoming. Love to engage in small conversation. Order and pay at counter. Table service is excellent. Food is of excellent quality: fresh, hot, tasty. Coffee and juices were perfection...plus. Highly recommend for either brekky or lunch(open till 4). Would be a great place for family groups to enjoy a late dinner and drinks, if it was open.More

Small and quaint

Small and quaint, friendly and nice ambiance. We went here for the cakes, very nice and hot chocolate. Staffs were friendly. The place has inside and outside seating. QR registration is mandatory.

Great coffe and lovely owners

This is our favourite cafe in Torquay for a great coffee. The owners are a lovely family who take great pride in serving a quality cuppa. It operates from early morning to late afternoon so great for btrakfast or lunch.
