Cannot fault the food or the staff at this classic Australian pub. Travelling with our dog and on the constant search for good places to eat that are pet friendly, the Royal has a lovely beer garden, which can be accessed from the back (parking...More

Thank you, Pam, for your very positive review. We really appreciate you taking the time to give your thoughts on our business. It certainly is a pub with a lot of history and Dermott is still an interesting and entertaining topic of conversation around here....More

The Royal hotel was a great break on a drive 1.5 hours out of Melbourne. Great friendly atmosphere of a country pub. Food was really good, we enjoyed the chicken souvlaki, very tasty. The Staff were warm and friendly.

Plenty of gluten free options not printed on menu. But friendly and helpful staff made it a memorable meal. Reasonably priced and not your normal ‘pub food’. Highly recommended
