What a fantastic restaurant, food was absolutely amazing and staff and service were the best. Do yourself a favour and try the boulibais, it was brilliant, best meal we’ve had on this trip by a long way

Walked along the strip of shops / cafes looking for somewhere to eat. There were a lot of people eating indoors and on the footpaths for lunch on this Tuesday. Went in and stood in line to order, it was at this point I saw...the initial seeds of confusion. The cashier taking the order was also doing other things, ie coffee’s. The people in front placed their order, then my turn. Very quick- I’ll have the soup. Whilst I was sitting at the table waiting for my food. The waitress was going to tables with the printout from the order book explaining that either the menu items wasn’t available or specific ingredients weren’t. This happened for multiple tables with people either leaving or requesting other food items. While this sometimes happens and if in isolation it wouldn’t cause a laugh. But coupled with tables being presented with the wrong orders and ……the waitress delivered one order to a table and said “If it’s cold I’ll have them heat it up for you “. Well it was cold and the customer asked for it to go back. Why would you serve something cold when you knew it wasn’t meant to be cold. All the while this was happening people were entering the cafe with the waitress saying the kitchen was closed, she eventually put a written sign on the back of a chair and put that in the doorway. You could see the despair on the waitress’s face that the day was going to…. My soup, carrot and ginger was warm enough. I was looking for Manuel in the kitchen as I was sure this was a Faulty Towers moment. I will go back whilst I’m here just to see if it was an aberration or otherwiseMore

My friend and I were the only guests, however there was a continual stream of take away clients. Mistake with the order Coffee was very weak, hardly any coffee taste.

The staff were very friendly. We arrived at closing time and they were very happy to still have us. The food was fine and we would go back

We arrived late on spec and despite the restaurant being fully booked they said we could eat at the tables outside. The waitress was friendly, chatty, knowledgeable and welcoming. We ordered the Bouillabaisse which was heavenly! We were made to feel so very welcome -...and we made sure to seek waitress out to give an extra tip. What an asset she is to an already marvellous establishment.More

I ordered Penne e Pollo a pasta dish that was huge and I could only eat half of the dish, which felt very wasteful seeing I paid $28 for it. I would have preferred half the amount for maybe $20. I thought most of the...dishes on the menu were over priced. The staff were friendly and polite.More

Absolutely love this Cafe/Restaurant! We live local & prefer to visit once a week now. The food is so delicious, staff wonderful & greatly priced in fact the serves are really generous. Try the mussels you won't be disappointed!! Vikki Lees

What a gem. This cafe was recommended by our motel hosts and certainly didn’t disappoint. We were greeted by Adelle who was very friendly and bubbly. She enthusiastically told us about the specials then brought us drinks. The food was exceptional. Can highly recommend the...Pork Belly and the Chicken Parmesan, both served with Potato Gratin. A lovely salad was put on the table to share. If we were spending more time in Apollo Bay so we would definitely return to Sandy Feet Cafe.More

My husband and I had the most delicious seafood green curry bouillabaisse. The price of the meal was also very reasonable considering the amount of seafood and it's size.

We came here for dinner on a Monday night. Wonderful food and excellent service. The pork belly was delicious, as was the seafood bouillabaisse. Highly recommended.

Stand out meal in Apollo By. Why this place isn’t packed out for dinner (only open 3 nights a week for dinner, breaky & lunch 7 days) is beyond me! Great customer service by Mark (with the best laugh we’ve heard in a while!!) and...other service staff. The food was amazing, if you’re looking for a delicious meal make sure you stop in here. Reasonably priced for the generous portion sizes and so fresh. Delicious Garlic Prawns & Pork Belly for mains, herbed warm damper & complimentary salad. Perfection!More
