Fresh and creative dishes with high-quality ingredients. But for the proud price I have to expect the kitchen to remove the bones from the snapper fillet before preparing it. Together we had more than 10 bones, which is unfortunately unacceptable.

Amazing food, brilliant staff, great selection of wines. We visit at least once a month and every time the meals are delicious. The chef Jules, comes to visit every table to talk about the food dishes and how it’s prepared etc. Personal service on every level.

We went to Graze twice on our recent visit to Apollo Bay and the food was delicious both times. We had the steak and beef ribs first visit, fish and lamb on the second, all meals were presented well and the service was fantastic. Will be back on our next visit as this would be our first choice of restaurant to eat at.

so good to eat in a place that serves top class food .We shared a dumpling entree, which was so fresh and not at all stodgy as dumplings can be. The mains were sensational (a steak and pork belly) and we shared a desert .All the courses were beautifully presented and the service was immaculate in terms of giving you time to choose yet being prompt and attentive. In short could not fault it!

Overall a slightly more ambitious restaurant. On the menu many creative dishes, such as nori rolls with mushrooms, these were very delicious. Also the oysters of good quality. The desserts (cream brulée and chocolate mousse) were rather classic but very fine. However, there is a point deduction for the octopus starter. This was four thin slices, a joke in terms of quantity. This may have been a greeting from the kitchen, but not a starter for $16.

We booked ahead after reading reviews and glad we did. An excellent menu but made it hard to choose! The scallops, octopus and smoked duck were delicious. A good wine list and very friendly atmosphere. Our French waitress, Luane, was friendly, efficient and attentive. The chef / owner was very charismatic and hospitable…overall a 5* experience and highly recommended.

Graze has got to be the best restaurant in town by far! A lot nicer than either of the pubs, feeling a little more professional and intimate. The menu was limited but didn’t disappoint. I enjoyed some delicious onion bhajis for entree and for main, a delicious marinated chicken dish. My vegan wife enjoyed some stuffed zucchini flowers and pan fried muchrooms and veggies. She said she’s never had mushrooms cooked so tender and juicy. The extensive cocktail was hard to choose but delicious as expected. Next time I’m back in Apollo bay I will be returning to Graze and I will recommend to anyone who visits the gorgeous town.

I went there with my parents. The entrees and desserts were truly delicious. The octopus was served in a way we've never seen before and it was out of this world. The service was very caring while negotiating the things we can and can't eat. Will definitely return for any future special dinners.

If it's the tourist season, it's recommended to reserve a table first. It is a restaurant with food. There are many to choose from. Both beef and lamb and seafood. The owner of the shop is very friendly and comes to talk with us. The best thing about this restaurant is that they also have non-alcoholic wine for sale. The owner's husband is a chef himself. The appetizer was delicious, but when it came to the main course we ordered steak, it wasn't hot and wasn't very tasty. And another dish was venison Osso bucco. The meat was soft but the flavor was not as intense as it should be. Inexpensive but not cheap

My wife & I dined Friday night, we had booked & recommend that. Staff were friendly, efficient & knowledgeable.
Seafood Laksa was delicious and the required effort to extract from the crab claws was tastily rewarded and the correct implements were provided for the task, as was a finger bowl for clean up.
Seared Kingfish special was also very tasty with stir fry veggies. Crème Brule and Flourless Chocolate Pudding were delicious finish. Also have a good selection of wines, local beers, cocktails.
Pricing is reasonable for the quality of food. And the chef was responsive to requests.
Only open for about 1 year.
Would definitely dine again if returning to Apollo Bay.

We recently visited Graze Restaurant and were very pleased. The food was exceptionally tasty and was paired with a great selection of drinks.
The menu offers a variety of fresh dishes. The staff were helpful and very friendly. The atmosphere in the restaurant is stylish and inviting. The modern decor contributes to a relaxed environment. Our evening at Graze was first class all round - so much so that we went back on the second day. Highly recommended.

We ate here last night, Jan 16th, shared a delicious scallop dish for starters. We both had the same mains, char grilled Angus steak, with tenderstem broccoli, & potatoes. Absolutely sublime. Well worth a reservation if in the area.

We enjoyed visiting Graze. My partner very pleased with his meal. I ordered the vege options. Miso Broth with three Asian style mushroom dumplings and the corn and polenta fritters with pineapple relish. I adore pineapple relish and Graze's relish was great. However, not sure what happened to the corn and polenta fritters. Little overcooked deep fried knobbly bits. Generous serve of about 6-7 knobbly bits. Will try again when we visit AB next year.

Large variety of choices on menu. Friendly staff and efficient service. Main meals were delicious, entrees could have been a bit more substantial but still very tasty. Would recommend Graze for a lovely night out in Apollo Bay.

Great food, great staff, great atmosphere! This is fast becoming the place to dine in Apollo Bay. The menu is innovative. The staff are fun and professional. The atmosphere is fun and lively. Overall, a great night, and competitively priced for good food. Conveniently located in Pascoe Street with an outdoor area, too, this place relies on good food and wine, well conceived and nicely served. Give yourself a treat!
